All such lovely staff! The rooms and waiting room are all ways spotless clean and a warm welcoming environment, my first injection was with Emily and she made me feel a lot less nervous and explained all the process with great knowledge and detail! Can’t wait to come back!

I couldn’t recommend the Tox Bar highly enough. A welcoming & professional space, the girls are all so friendly and knowledgeable. Nurse Amanda is amazing, an artist in her work & alway gives fantastic guidance to achieve the best outcomes for my skin.

Lisa is great. Thorough, kind and compassionate. I was 15 mins late to my appointment and everyone was still kind to me and we got everything done to excellent quality in this appropriate time. Everyone is always accommodating and understanding. I always have an excellent experience there.

Ash and the ladies are always warm and welcoming. I have always happy with the results of all my treatments and have never had any issues. I would recommend Tox Bar highly.

Thanks a million times to Lisa who had been an absolute angel. She is one of my best experience in a salon, ever. Getting waxed is never something you enjoy (especially if you did the mistake of waxing like a i did.) but she made sure to successfully remove every hair with such a gentleness, i couldn’t be more grateful!

I recently visited Tox Bar for a consultation on how to age gracefully but.diminish my crows feet (mine were like elephants feet) my frown in between my eyebrows) number 11's I think is the polite term of saying I frown a LOT. From the front recently to nurse Amanda (you rock Amanda) I was made 5o feel very welcome.

Amanda explained everything & was very friendly & proffessionals, 6 weeks on & my elephant feet now resemble baby crow's feet & my number 11's are nearly a lower case 11.

I look forward to returning to Tox Bar to see what else I can improve on to age gracefully?

I had a fantastic experience with the girls at Tox Bar. The clinic is stunning and hygienic, and the Nurse Kristie was able to answer all my questions and delivered a great service.

All the staff are so knowledgeable and kind. I trust Catrina completely with my skin and every recommendation she makes, I absolutely love.
Highly recommend for anyone who isn’t sure what they need or what would be best for them.

I've had nothing but exceptional experiences at tox bar even after having a hiccup. They have been nothing short of amazing and always helpful and checking up even after leaving from an appointment.

I have used tox bar for a number of services and have never been able to fault them.
The employees are experienced and knowledgeable and always happy to pass this on to their clients to help them feel comfortable and in touch with their service.

The moment you walk in, you have “right at home” vibe in the waiting room and receptionists. The second you walk in to the rooms, the girls are so lovely and kind, and cater to your nerves! Especially who I’ve seen - Katie, Esther, Kristie, Lisa and Zoe! The girls made me feel so calm when I had my injections, when my anxiety was through the roof. Even when I’d never met you, within a minute or two I felt like I was chatting with one of my good friends. You’ve made someone who isn’t a fan of waxing or needles incredibly comfortable With the process, and now I’m someone who looks forward to my visits! With incredibly affordable prices for waxing and girls who have stacks of experience - you can’t afford pass up Tox Bar! Each time I have had beauty treatment at Tox Bar, Geelong, the service and staff have always been exceptional. The treatments are always explained in length as well as the outcomes of the treatment. The staff are always so professional in the ways they look after their customers. Thanks heaps girls.

I was super nervous about getting lip filler for the first time. I came here after a friend recommended Tox Bar and the experience was great! I felt calm and the results were perfect. Fantastic service always from Ash and the team. I happily make the 2 hour trip from the other side of Melbourne as they're the only place I trust with my botox (I've tried elsewhere twice and was massively disappointed. Well worth the travel!)

The price is always unbeatable, and the service is second to none. Appreciate Ash always going above and beyond and look forward to keeping my youth for decades to come here!

Everyone at this practise is so professional. It’s a great atmosphere and they make you feel very comfortable. I’ve had great results from all my treatments, including anti-wrinkle and facials. Would highly recommend.

It really sucks having to leave this review but unfortunately this salon was so incredibly rude towards me I felt no other choice.
I woke up unwell on the day of an appointment I had booked (and paid a $50 booking fee). I called the salon and spoke with the receptionist Zoe. Zoe automatically assumed I had covid and was so abrupt towards me. She told me that I couldn’t come into the salon and risk the health of the staff (thanks captain obvious, that was the intention of my call, to let you know I couldn’t attend my appointment). Not once did she enquire if I was ok to the point where she wouldn’t let me get a word in to let her know I just wanted to reschedule the appointment to another day and time and I didn’t want to lose my $50 deposit paid down towards the appointment. I was so unwell on this day I couldn’t bare the sheer rudeness I was faced with.
I later attended the salon and had my facial done only for the salon to have lost my deposit in their system, had I known this I wouldn’t have ever gone back after how Zoe spoke to me on the phone when I initially wanted to reschedule.
I am now happily having all my services done else where.
Geelong is a small place. Perhaps in future get receptionists who can actually handle their position and not be so rude towards people.

I had my very first Dermaplaning with the gorgeous lady nurse Lisa. Lisa explained everything she was doing at each stage and was so professional and so easy to talk to. Today l had lunch with a girlfriend and she asked me why is my skin looking so beautiful so l told her what l had done over a week ago now. I treated myself as l am going through chemo at the moment and this was just want the doctor ordered. The Tox Bar has always been extremely professional and clean even before this dreaded Coronavirus. The Tox Bar is absolutely amazing if you haven’t been to the Tox Bar do yourself a favor and treat yourself you won’t regret it. My hubby didn’t have it done his wife Jane did.l don’t know why his name came up
