Hamish the flooring contractor, excellent work and the best personality to go with it. His sidekick Levi who came to assist, another great personality. Both men were fun to have in our home.

Stepping inside the showroom you get the feeling of excellence and that's exactly what we experienced with Town & Country. Given the unfortunate task of replacing timber flooring we had enjoyed for 11 years, we were extremely grateful for the wonderful service, advice and patience we received during our decision making. We chose the European Grand Oak engineered timber in Mink Oak Grey to be laid in Herringbone design. Hayden was assigned our installer and upon meeting him, we knew instantly, he valued professionalism and we were going to receive the end result we hoped for. Keeping every 'promise' he made from start to finish, Hayden and his 'art' were truly exceptional. We are now enjoying one of our best house decisions yet! The service through this whole process was excellent. We were consulted and felt valued every step of the way. The communication was excellent, the professionalism of the staff in the office re advice, preparing the floor (we had lino, carpet and tiles), is a credit to this business. The staff treated our home with respect and cleanliness while being on site. The job took slightly longer than expected as a very large area and the layer was a perfectionist, which was appreciated. We are over the moon with the result and we highly recommend this local business.
