Tonight's Pizza was just as it used to be from T & C. We've had some that weren't recently so it was nice to have the OG

Hands down the BEST pizza we've eaten. Loads and loads of great toppings and wonderful stretchy cheese. YUM! A+

Pizza is always cooked to perfection and is always ready when they say it will be. Will always be my go to place for pizza!

Great customer service. They called at the delivery time to let us know the driver was a few minutes late. Thanks for updating us on our order!

Pizza with not so ok test, but i think they made it kinda very fast, so it looks like it is not properly cooked though it was overly stuffed to look good with the first eyesight.

My pizza was amazing and worth 5 starts but the gnocchi carbonara was terrible and not eatable.

Pizza was delivered close to time ordered for delivery and they tasted great best I’ve had to date

Ordered online, as previously, picked up order ontime. Quality food with great friendly staff.

I love the southwest chicken. The only complaint I have is the hygiene. I noticed staff topping pizzas with bare hands when I went to pick up my order tonight. I reached home, opened the box and took my first slice out, and there was a short strand of hair on it Please encourage your staff to have proper hygienic measures

I bought a family size pizza last night and found a couple of long hairs inside the pizza.
Seems the business only looks after money than quality!
The staff better to wear hat and gloves when preparing pizzas.
Do not recommend this pizza store.

I have edited my previous rating due to an awful experience with a team member and the online app. I do not recommend this place of business.

Just to update the response you have left. I didn't ask for another pizza. The person on the phone offered one if we had not eaten any.
Also my mum had a bite of the pizza. I asked the person on the phone to check the online system as I had ordered vegetarian. I phone called to say we had received the incorrect pizza. This is the approach from your establishment. You are accusatory and defensive for some reason. I was so confused by your customer service. The person on the phone was extremely rude and didn't want to even phathem the notion there may have been an error in the system. We threw the pizza in the bin as we don't eat meat.

I also never received a receipt or any link to leave a review. I had to investigate how to do this. I also sent an email to the original business and owner stating how rude you were. You are tarnishing the Town and Country name with your poor customer service. Town and Country pizza has an amazing family history and reputation around Geelong, as a great family restaurant with impeccable service.

Why did your business not want to investigate to ensure the online system was working? Why did you assume we wanted a free product? It was never suggested by myself at any point. I simply was trying to inform the person on the phone I had not received what I had ordered.

The exact words of the person on the phone was 'we take no responsibility for an incorrect pizza if it is ordered online. We also only will fix our mistake if the pizza is not eaten'. It wasn't eaten. It was thrown in the bin. I paid 51 dollars for my son to eat one large Hawaiian pizza as the rest of us can not eat meat. 2 large pizzas were orderd. One with vegetarian ingredients and the other pizza with meat. As I explained to you I am vegetarian so I ensured I selected vegetarian for the whole pizza as your establishment has previously put meat on my vegetarian half if i order half meat and half vegetarian. I have left previous feedback about this with your establishment. You felt that my perceived certainty of my order was me being unreasonable, even though the system had not given me a receipt or review option. You decided the customer was at fault. This is very strange response from an industry that is built on providing a service to its customers. At no point did the person on the phone appologise. Also the manager refused to discuss the matter leaving the discussion to the phone operator who had limited personal skills and was extremely abrupt and loud. His tone upset my family members who could hear him through my phone, which was not on loud speaker.

Your reviews on customer service suggest you are consistently making errors and blaming customers. There are lots of dissatisfied people on your business page. Maybe it is time to reflect on your practices to ensure you maintain the high quality expectations of Town and Country diners.

Always place pre order and pizzas are always on time and very hot which is extremely important. Generous toppings! Great promoter of Town n Country Armstrong Creek
