My visit to Towerhill Medical Centre
was very pleasant, all the Doctors and staff there are always helpful, polite, cheerful and very welcoming.
Have been a patient for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Treatment l received today was perfect.

Great service at short notice. Staff always prepared to go that little further to assist in times of need.

Dr Bindu, has always been a very knowledgeable and compassionate Dr each and every time I have needed to visit my GP. Great Receptionist staff as well.

Towerhill Doctor's, and staff have been our family Medical centre, for over 35 years, great friendly, very helpful staff and Private Doctor's provide a fantastic service we go in feeling unsure and not well, sometimes not knowing whats going on, to come out,

Towerhill medical Centre has cared for our family for many years and with professional, outstanding advice and understanding. Today I'm suffering from a chronic ailment which Dr Thompson responded whilst I was travelling interstate and provided medication It doesn't get any better

I really don’t enjoy having to go to the doctor, but if I have to go, I have no qualms going to Towerhill Medical. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the doctors knowledgeable and caring. There is a nurse available to help with vaccinations, etc.and conveniently, a pathology collection service onsite. You really couldn’t ask for more.

Last minute urgent booking, very happy to see a GP. Caring and thorough. Reception staff excellent and also offered to help me as I was in significant pain

The reason why because if you transfer somewhere else they can charge you $20 to $40 for the next practice to receive then
This government is useless letting them get away with that.

Arrived for 3pm appt, waited until 3.20pm and then had 3.15pm appt called in before me as i sat there and we were the only 2 in the waitroom. Tech issues were too blame and I couldn't hang around any longer.

This is the 2nd time it's happened as it happened with my daughter another time.

If they were flat out I would understand but there were only 2 of us in the waiting room when 3.15pm was called up.

Nurse was very professional and friendly. Very gentle in administering the injection. Barely felt it. Very happy with the timely and efficient service provided. Thank you.

Very long waiting times, Pathologist not exactly warm and caring (left my kids waiting and saw other patients to spite us being first). Definitely wouldn’t recommend this particular center for blood collection particularly if you’re not comfortable giving blood or have young children.

I have been a Patient of this Medical Practice for something like 50 years! My child was born in Frankston Hospital, and she is now 46 years young! I have, over recent years, been a Cancer Patient for something like 48 years, and have always consulted with many of the doctors (now some of them retired) in this Practice who have always been “Team” Members, and carried on my care continuously as required. I now have retired to a Village situation out of the area, but have - and will - continue to consult back in Frankston at Towerhill as long as I possibly can, such is my complete confidence in my continued success over these years in the the Doctors who have provided me with the utmost care and respect.

I was very happy with the medical attention I received and already had some relief from pain that night.

The staff are friendly and respectful. I normally book my appointment online which is easy to do. Dr Bindu is approachable, thorough and listens attentively. She is kind and I have every confidence in her. She is very reassuring and will follow up if necessary. She doesn’t rush you and makes time to find out about who you are. Would highly recommend Towerhill Medical Centre.

I have come here multiple times for blood tests but this time I came for my sons covid vax. He's scared of needles and the receptist was amazing at distracting him.
The nurses I could appauld enough. I appreciate them so much! They went up and beyond to try and make it as smooth as possible.
