Tower Hotel

A return visit to the Tower and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent and service attentive. Highly recommend.

Long wait for service, long wait for meals, one meal wrong, long wait for correct meal. Staff have obviously changed, after coming for meals for a long time, won't be back.

Rude staff and would not honour gift card and entertainment voucher despite being paid for in full

The best fries ever seriously, and the wagyu burger is maybe the best in Melbourne. Ribs the best we've had too, we can't have ribs anywhere else now. Service with a smile too. Screens off on a Friday night not great though.

Food was excellent, however management have clearly given up on the bistro. Felt deader than a country bistro on a Tuesday night. TVs were all off for some reason. Kids area downstairs is absolutely derelict. Shame it has been neglected as the food was great

Advertised as "kids eat free", the don't. Parma was below average, won't be going back

Good for a win.only downfall is that they close early if the place isnt busy dont rely on the stated opening snd closing times.

Opening times aren't accurate to what it says on their website or the signs on the building itself.

Awful meal only worth feeding the dog. This was the first and last time I eat in The Tower Hotel restaurant.

Always reliable, the Tower has a great range of pub food and good service. We never have a problem as walk-ins getting a table and will continue to visit.

Pretty average pokies pub but they have the chocolate factory skilltester game! Trust me. Play it it is actually a good skilltester.

It is my break space from work.great local characters who are curious, friendly, and proprietary of their domain (an old fashioned joint, if you catch my drift). A bit of heat on the balcony during winter wouldn't hurt though! ;) :)

A quite little place that's good for a stop in when going past late at night on my way home from work, only need 20 bucks for a couple of scooners and a couple of cheap pokie bets whilst the cricket was on in the corner so I could hear Australia's progress.

Staff are accommodating and offer good service. Didn't mind the atmosphere and establishment itself, but the food was outright terrible.

This place is a disgrace. I've taken some photos of this absolute hole of a establishment because the people of Hawthorn and greater Melbourne need to know about the utter disgrace this establishment is.

The owner is rude, uncouth and a tightarse who doesn't like to hire staff members as he leaves the gaming area unstaffed often. The kitchen is run by unqualified kitchen hands. The bistro is old and dilapidated and, the TAB is stuck in the 1980's and smells and the gaming room looks like it is closed, not to mention the fact that I bought a 6 pack of beer and it was out of date, made me sick and overpriced! Crown Golden Ale!

There is rubbish everywhere and this establishment should have been shut down by the council years ago.

How this place is still open and customers give their hard earned at this place is beyond me.

We had a great Christmas lunch at the Tower hotel. Lots to choose from and yum. The room was set up relatively.
The best part of this meal is that someone else did the cooking!

Wow! Probably the best sticky date pudding I've had. Plenty of sauce, moist cake and finely chopped dates. Highly recommend. Burger was mouth watering. Also, friendly atmosphere and had a good sports bar to watch the football.

Lovely waiting staff this eve. The mignon was really good. Disappointed with the description " roasted kifler potatoes" should have read
"4 thin Kifler potato chips". Small amount more of the veggies would have made all the difference. Either that or describe the meal properly.

Service was excellent! Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was lovely. Thanks very much for adjusting my meal to cater for my dietary requirements!
