Have been using touchstone pianos to tune my piano in Wagga Wagga for the last 3 years. Excellent service, Mark is very happy to explain things about piano's. Piano sounds great (Kawaii 500) is starting to settle, as it is a brand new piano. I'm very grateful that he comes to Wagga.
As someone who plays 7th grade level piano, I would recommend touchstone piano for tuning and for buying a piano.

edit: alistair is actually a legend he's the guy who works there 5/5 service, he let me borrow his guitar while mine was getting fixed by him.
This music store is awesome! Our family is from Melbourne and my son was doing a music tour around regional Victoria with his school. His guitar lead broke, the only one he had and this store went out of their way to deliver a newly purchased lead to Wangaratta West Primary School.
