They are fraud with name of Moneygram, advertise Moneygram services as sender and receiver but when it comes to receiving money then Moneygram system is down from a week. I don't know which Era are they living in or who are they making fool? 2023 and system of Moneygram down hahaha. It is better for these guys to remove Moneygram services. And customer service is worst.

Worst customer service ever. We have tried this store several times, but have experienced bad service in every visit. Long waiting times (even in less busy times), no queue system, and the worst thing among everything is rude staff. The girls serving at the counter shows no interest in customers or upwelling anything. And they don't use polite words. Will never go back there again.

The worst indian grocery store i’ve ever been to! I’ll start by saying the staff have no manners what so ever, they are very rude and don’t show any interest at all. Secondly, the spices and snacks are somewhat at a reasonable price, but upstairs where all the plates, pans, cutlery etc, they are expensive, 8 dollars per plate, the container to keep roti warm is way too expensive, $30, and if you are considering to buy these kitchen items you have to find a way to carry them all the way down the stairs, such an inconvenience, especially if you have children with you in the store. Thirdly, prices are all mixed up, i got charged extra for most of the items i purchased and when i corrected the lady she told me i was wrong and charged me the extra amount. I won’t be coming here anymore, and i don’t think you should either. 0/10 recommend

Amazing customer service, amazing prices and very nice people.
Workers always tries to give me products for the lowest price. Products are better than most Indian stores in the area. If you rate this 1 or less you are out of your mind I very highly recommend everyone to visit the super store, Touch of Asia!

I bought a couple of kg Of paneer the prize list was in the fridge door. The one I bought was $12.99. I took it for the check out and she manually put $14.99 I ask the price again than she told me me 14.99. I said the list there said 12.99 she than told me prize has changed. I told her if prize change than list should be change too. This is the not first time it happen on other items too. They have to update everything. The one in Glenroy is the best with service and product.

Purchasing stuff from them last 5 years. But their new customer service staff refuse to accept cash payment because they are too lazy to count.
They lie that they dont have loose change in dollars and they get so angry of customers paying cash and give them payments back in 5 cents and 10 cents.
Worst customer service

Twice we bought Pantanjali Atta and both the times we found that it has gone bad after opening it up. I went to get it exchanged and found in the store that they got heaps of other Pantanjali Atta in stock which is already expired (past best before date). As this has happened twice to us we wont be shopping from here any more. If you're reading this than do make sure that whatever you buy from here is still within best before date.

Also the staff needs to learn how to provide good customer service, its not the worst I've seen but could be better.

Lot of items on the aisle have passed the expiry date. I accidently bought couple of items. Just be careful, check the expiry date before buying.

Sorry but why would you try to save a bag for couple of items. Carried my four purchase on my hand. Didn't even bother to ask why?

This Grocery is more expensive in comparison to the other Indian grocery stores in the vicinity.

I bought this snacks from my homeland company. I was surprised to see this value added products where I belongs to this city in india. It was really pleasure had it. Great shop I had ever found which I could not believe that most of the products I can see in one roof.

Nobody can beat their rates, and great service.but for some reason not sure why Indian grocery stores don't invest in their infrastructure!
