Service with a smile! We had a great experience with Amy. She was very helpful, patient, polite and friendly and went above and beyond when we purchased, then later returned an item for exchange which had to be ordered through CAT. Well done Amy. You are the essence of excellent customer service!

Great selection of workwear, the younger lady that helped with my boots was very lovely and helpful, however the older woman behind the counter was quite rude and did not seem to want to serve me whatsoever. Probably not the best idea to be in customer service if you have no intention of providing it. Maybe she was just having a bad week but haven’t felt such hostile service like this before. Many thanks again to the younger lady for being very pleasant to deal with.

Worst customer service experience ever. They really love to point to a sign that says no refunds. Personally, who cares what a sign says or what is legal. People should always do the right thing and treat others fairly, not what they can get away with. This store has no concept of what is right.

Great store and friendly staffml. Brought out about half a dozen pairs of boots for me to try on and were attentive while giving me time to think which I really appreciate. Customer for life.

I needed lightweight safety shoes and initially bought a King Gee pair. However, they were really uncomfortable when I actually wore them at work for a full day (the real test). Thankfully, Lauren went above and beyond to organise an exchange even though I had already worn them. I know I have fussy feet so I really appreciated how Lauren assisted me to find the right pair and size without any pressure. Much better service than another workwear chain in the area. Lovely to deal with and highly recommend if you also have trouble finding the perfect safety shoe! Thank you Lauren and Totally Work Wear.

My first time shopping here. Buying work wear is never the most enjoyable experience but Lauren made it a pleasure. I think I tried on about 5 pairs of boots and she had endless patience to ensure I made the right decision and was comfortable with it. Then gave me the same attentive and patient service trying on work pants! Gave me a discount and gift upon payment! All up, great experience and I'll definitely be back.
