Big shout out to Nadia helping me get a pair of ladies work boots that fit my wide foot.
Made it such a quick and simple process.

Staff here were fantastic. Didn't have what I wanted however rang around and ordered to my requirements. So friendly happy and helpful.

These company had the worst customer service I have ever experienced when trying to buy a pair of work shoes.
I was first dealing with a young female sales assistant and I asked if they had a size 10 in 2 styles of shoes only to be told they didn’t have any. I then asked if they could order them in for me. The reply from the assistant was a flat out “NO”.
The older sales assistant then asked if she could help me so I asked her if she could order the shoes in for me and was told again a flat out “No” and then she simple walked back to the counter and ignored me.
I will never be attending this store again and I would suggest you do the same.

Lady working there was extremely helpful, was in and out in 5 minutes with exactly what I needed.

Is the best clothing store for work related stuff of every kind that I've come across, very helpful staff who no their stuff to and helped me very quickly. I'll be getting a few more bits and pieces there as needed in the future.

Being shorter legged.was finally able to buy pants that don't make me feel like I'm in East17. Helpful friendly staff.

Great customer service. I was looking for Oliver Slip on boots, they didn't had the correct size so without hesitant the staff offered to order in the correct size for me as opposed to selling me an alternative stock. Well done to the team

Great customer service from the team. Nothing is too hard for them. I have been a customer for nearly 5 years and happy to recommend them to anyone needing workwear and embroidery.

The one thing everyone needs to be aware of when dealing with Totally Workwear, is the shops don't carry all the items seen on the website. They have to be ordered in & this takes time. You might be lucky and find exactly what you're looking for, but don't be surprised if you can't.

Customer service is super on. Friendly staff who know their stuff! Keep smiling team. You made my day.

Not my best experience, when the website for that store says they have what your after, you drive there to be told you can only buy online, and if its wrong size you own it. No good.

I think the guy who is working in, Not happy to serve customer and not happy to show the varieties when we ask the range of products. He showed only one item and when we ask for another one, He told that we don't have and in rudely manner.

Customer service was one of the best and all products were nicely organized and neat. I bought a pair of nice safety runners. Thanks.

After buying a pair of work boots and realising they were a size to small I took them back and tried to swap for a size up. They then tried to tell me they didn't do returns on people buying the wrong size going against what there website says of a 30 day return. I then asked to speak to a manager but apparently none were available, I was then told the police would be called if I did not leave the premise but after arguing for another hour they magically got a hold of a manager who was more than happy to do the swap. Don't go here

Not happy at all, lady from the shop was rude and when I ask if they have basket for my shopping, she said, the best place where I can find is bunnings? I left the shop, I was planing spend couple hundred $ but I left disapointed.

Helpful staff.
They helped us find just the right uniform for my partner and made the whole experience stress free. What the didn’t stock or have in stock that gave recommendations for where we could get it since we needed it asap

Great range and good prices
Staff are very helpful.
If they havent got it they will try get it.
