Went to buy some work boots on my lunch break. Holly was extremely helpful and friendly. Helped me with the sizing and gave some good info on the boots. Very satisfied with my experience here. Highly recommended.

The staff were fantastic so helpful loved the visit got fitted for work uniform. Going back next week.

Pretty good place with lots of variety and brands. A bit exxy on some merchandise but otherwise fine. Service was good.

Large store, friendly and helpful, even though they didn’t have the pants I was searching for in stock, they said they could order it in. Even gave me a number to call to try and locate the desired product straight away. Thank you guys, I appreciate you taking the time to help me whilst I was in a big rush to find new work pants.

All your work and casual wear needs catered for. Staff are very nice and have a HUGE variety of clothing and safety wear with reasonable prices. Its the best TWW store.

I purchased a jacket from here recently, which had as described by employee "paint marks" on the back. Which I didn't pick up on when I bought it, I noticed the paint marks the day I was going to wear the jacket the and went to swap it for another one. (Only a day after the purchase) With reciepts and tags I was told "I wouldn't sell it to you like that, and I cant swap it with another" to which I argue that yes the products shouldn't get sold like that but it was, and the product was not worn, and I had everything nessacary for what should've been an easy swap. It had to go through 3 different employees for it to finally get swapped to with another. I left very annoyed with the fact that if I had not argued my point it wouldn't had been swapped. I spent a lot of money on this jacket and this shouldn't happen to anyone else. I usually like this store and bought a few things in the past years with no problems, but this has put me off! I have been to Keilor Park store aswell as melton store very nice service there and understandable staff. This hoppers crossing store I will not buy from again.

Various work wear gear you can find here including corporate wear. Got price range from $$ to $$$. Sadly not much shoes to choose

Have been purchasing from this store for years but after today pitiful customer service Sunday 13/3/2022 will not be back. My wife and son sworn at by employees absolutely discussed. Always been good service perhaps staff need to be trained.

I been to store for buying something for me, but one lady (i dont know name) asked me that you cant try anything on by wearing, so when i was going to left the store, i said sorry, i cant buy that thing which i was after, without wearing, so she spoke very rudely that you should tell this thing to daniel andrews, not me.she was mannerless and does nt know how should one treat customers.she was rascist at all.i had been going to this particular store for last 3 years.but after that i will never ever go to this store.

Sharn would have to be the most helpful retail assistant I've ever met. She went above and beyond to help me find a work shirt so quickly and with lockdown makes it harder.
Not only her efforts, but I found her to be super nice.

Needed a bunch of new workwear and TWW Hoppers has it all in different styles. Sharn provided expert personal service which had me walking out the door with what I needed very quickly. Some items are a little pricey but there are budget options too.

I bought a shoes before 4 months ago they told me it is water proof and comes with 6 months warranty and now it gets broke so now they told we are not able to help you because its water resistant we are not able to change it and they told our salesman by mistake gave you wrong information iam very disappointed with service

When I walked in there was a bloke leaning all over the counter with no mask on. He was attended and he left. I was looking at boots while the person I was with (also looking at boots) had already been waiting for help. And no one offered. The 3 of us were standing away from anyone else. Withought any previous interaction with this worker we were told rudely, if all of us were going to buy boots if we weren't we had to leave the area. Only after I said out loud is she going to help you or just tell people what to do? The older lady asked if they needed help.
