Totally Workwear Brooklyn

My partner and I came in late yesterday afternoon (7/10/23) with about 15 mins to go before closing. (We were held up an hour with pt delays). The two ladies on were absolute stars and so friendly even though it was last minute, and helped us get exactly what we needed. You have two amazing employees there TWW! You cannot fault the staff especially the store manager at totally workwear who goes above and beyond to help and make your shopping experience successful. I continue to come to totally workwear because of the service mainly, but also the quality of clothes and variety of items.
I went in with my son to purchase a pair of Blundstone boots they did not have his size Anthony store manager was polite and able to promptly organise a pair From one of the other stores and within 24 hours my son had his new boots.

Exceptional service from beginning to end. These ladies really know there products and are so helpful with sharing there knowledge, as someone who doesn't work in the industry I'm usually shopping for my partner and without a doubt I'm always pointed in the right direction and it's always made easy for me. The store looks great but mainly it's the service that keeps me coming back time and time again.

I've been coming to this store for over 6 years now and I love It! The store has always lots of options regarding style and sizes and the customer service is just amazing. People there have always been very friendly and even when they didn't have something in stock they got it in for me within a reasonable timeframe. I absolutely recommend this store to anyone that is looking for a great customer service and a great shopping experience.

I’m willing to grant that the person who served me may be going through some personal tragedy at the moment, but that would be the only excuse for their cold, barely helpful, sleepy-eyed sales technique.

My mere presence in the empty shop seemed an unwelcome imposition, and I felt obligated to buy the first pair of boots that I tried on - despite the extensive range.

Staff not overly helpful or friendly, you have 50+ options in workboots and expect we to make decision in 2 minutes?

Surprised to see the shops IT systems are not interconnected. If you have an account in one store, it doesn't work on a different one.
