Super happy with our frameless shower door in our ensuite. We needed a custom door made due to our walls being out of square in our old house. Steve and his guys did it quickly, no issues at all and it looks amazing. We initially dealt with another company who gave us the runaround and in the end wouldn’t do the door at all because it was ‘too hard’. I wish I had found Totally Frameless first because it was such a smooth easy process, from site measure to install, and it works great in our small space, not to mention looking beautiful. Totally Frameless installed our pool fence which had a couple of unusual panels. They were more than happy to help and the end product looks fantastic. Would highly recommend.

All went well when getting quote and the original job looked really good, I even complimented Steve on the final result. A company is however as good as their problem resolution when something goes wrong. This is where Steve shows his real colours and tries to blame every other trade but his own. My 15K glass balustrade has caused me leaks inside the house for over a year but I only recently found out where the leak came from. When contacting Steve he came out quickly but straight away started blaming other areas that I have been able to rule out over the past year. Even after multiple efforts to find an acceptable solution, Steve refuses to come to the party. Happy to take your money but letting you down for a solution to rectify totalling a few hundred dollars.
By all means, use them for your job but pray nothing goes wrong because the after care is extremely poor.

I cannot praise Steve and Totally Frameless enough. I asked where I could provide an endorsement. We have a pool fence that was installed in 2014 that failed a pre-sale inspection just recently, due partly to the wooden property fence being replaced and leaving too big a gap, but also needing some additional height on one side. We live out of town and unable to attend, so felt this urgent job could cost a lot, but Steve looked at it the next day, and two days later replaced all the side panels with added 100 mm, replaced another panel that a retaining wall had started to touch with something less wide, and replaced two others with wider panels to close the gap to the new fence, for a grand total of $200! Unbelievable service. Thanks so much Steve. Highly Reccommended!

We hired Totally Frameless to do our frameless glass pool fencing. It was a custom job, with the glass panels bolted to the vertical side of an above ground pool, flowing seamlessly into standard mounted panels/gate where the steps are. They did beautiful professional work. The custom made diagonal edged panel to follow the steps completed the sleek look. I would definitely hire them again! Thanks guys!

Couldn't have asked for better service. Turned up when they said they would, responded quickly to calls and emails, great products and good value. Supplied and installed shower screens, bevelled edged mirrors, glass balustrade, hand rails and glass wall.
