Total Tools Traralgon

I’ve been on hold 3 times for over 45 minutes, and no one has answered still, been waiting for a click and collect, haven’t received an email or nothing, it has been 5 days

Excellent service, customer friendly and open to help.
Everything is neat and easy to find, and you don't feel claustrophobic in their aisles.

Had a problem with a tool today 27/2. Problem solved by Andrew could not have been more helpful actually went beyond helpful will always give TTT 1st shot at my needs from now on

Love this store & more importantly the staff have been great.

Repeated Poor customer service. Depending on who you talk to you could have a bad experience. Michael clearly needs some more training in customer service. When you ask him a question, it feels like you are disturbing him. I enquired about an item and I could hear him sighing on the phone. It’s almost worth driving to SydneyTools in Pakenham to avoid dealing with them.

Owen and the team were a great help! Helped me work out what I needed and assisted with all my questions. Highly recommend.

Go into the shop which was near on empty of customers. You would think at least one of the many staff would come and ask if you needed any help. Traralgon TT will want to be careful with Sydney Tools opening up down the road. Just sayin!

Have shopped at total tools traralgon for many years now since moving into there new store, they alway have parking (trailer friendly) warm or cool in store and a team that knows there product, alway find the best support when I’m served by Mitch as he has a Passion for tools and actually uses them, and great for following up warranty claims and getting desirable results, will be continuing to shop here

Terrible, they don't answer the phone, and it takes them about 2 weeks to get back to you.

I find Mitch very knowledgeable in the tools section.knows is stuff.
The staff are always happy when you walk in the door.
Plenty of parking.

Customers of Total Tools Traralgon need to be aware this company is operating in a most unethical manner.
They have increased their prices by between 5 to 8% at their check out point but have retained a lower price on their shelf displays.
They make no disclosure of this fact on entry, in the store or at the check out.
When challenged about the difference the staff simply respond with “ oh yes we have increased all out prices but have not updated the display prices at present. ”
The staff member did not seem at all concerned until I pointed out that that was not allowed.
Very sneaky trick being done by Total Tools Traralgon.

Great staff & a well maintained store. It's warm and clean with plenty of stock to cater for most needs with a diverse range. Lots of parking as well.

Helpful staff, sale item sold out, directed me to website to order online. Got the sale, went extra mile.

With the exception of maybe 3 people the staff are absolutely useless. Sub standard equipment being sold and repairs conducted poorly. Literally the only reason they’re still around is the fact that the nearest tool store with a half decent range is in pakenham

Completely honest and knowledgeable staff who understand trades and what is important to the customer. Good product range and prices. No junk. If you want junk, go to bunnings.

I can't speak highly enough of the Traralgon store which is over100kms away from me. Very highly recommended without hesitation.

Great experience, Heath went above and beyond sharing knowledge on power tools plus pros and cons on different models, also spent time chasing down special order items. Am a regular costomer and will continue to be in the future.

Ran into stock availability issues in store with COVID-related delays, but Mitch worked extremely hard to accommodate requirements. He and the rest of the team were professional, knowledgeable and communicated very well. Very happy with the service at Total Tools Traralgon - ended up buying more than I originally intended and left very happy indeed. Thanks for your efforts, Mitch and team.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Ordered a drill in a kit, waited 3 months and after being told twice that it had arrived I showed up twice and they said they didn't have it. I have literally spend tens of thousands of dollars here over the years. They have wasted my time for the last time. Very unprofessional. Will be shopping at Sydney Tools online from now on.
