They say they price match. But good luck, what an ordeal. Add about an extra 20mins if you are even going to try and get them to price match.

They seem to find some excuse why they can't prove match. "They don't offer warranty" seems a common excuse they give.

Huge store with an even Huge-er-a (is that a word?) Range of stock! Unlike other stores they have excellent service staff! The only negative was that not all items had price labels but even then staff were super quick to scan it and get you a price! This place is my new tool shop!

Store is the closest Total tools to me so have been going for the convenience but Ive had enough.

Store is never stocked properly, half the price cards are missing. The staff lurk around behind you as if you are there for the sole purpose of robbing the place blind!

All in all one of the worst total tools outlets in the country.

Don't waste your time or money would be my advice.

Very terrible service there. Not friendly at all. I just looked around in the store. One man and a woman came to me directly. Looks like I wanna steal something. But actually I came here to pick up some stuff. Even in the checkout counter, the woman still wanna checked my id and bank card. AVOID this store.

Large, clean store with heaps of stock. I've always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Never had an issue with thomastown total tools, regular customer there, during covid i did multiple click and collects and all items i ordered were ready first thing following day of order, and were more than willing to rush online order if i called up asking if for it and was able to do it straight away, most of my tools ive purchased from this store

Very poor customer service. Would not buy from here. Tried to weasel their way out of a price match with bunnings.

Great one stop shop. Chances are if you need it they will have it- and if they don't they will probably be able to get it in for you.

Terrible customer service. Kept questioning my boyfriend and I and following us around as though we were doing something wrong. We wanted to spend a lot of money but decided to take out business elsewhere. The old man followed us into every isle we went in.

Good service and friendly staff. I can possibly get a cheaper product down the road at the 'big hardware store' but i know these guys sell quality stuff and that i can trust it.

Went because of their "50% off stocktake sale" which turned out to be a scam. Tiny handful of junk items at the front of the shop were on sale, everything else normal price. Lying to the public is not a good way to impress them.

Just got served by Matt and unlike every other total tools who just are pushy and take one look at me and think I have no clue what I'm looking at he treated me like I have been in a tool shop before. Just for that 5 starts and good service!

Brought a tread cutter from the Epping store which I had never used, tried to return it to get a tool I actually needed with no success.
Called the Thomastown store and Brendan one of the guys there was an absolute fkn legend, got it swapped right away.
Obviously he knows what he is doing as this was way to hard for the Epping store.

Thank mate thomo will be my go-to from now on.

A grade customer service! Staff did an exemplary job helping me out with a return today of an item i was extremely disappointed in. Always been helpful and knowledgeable. Prices and range is extremely competitive these days, i rarely go elsewhere. Thomastown has earned a customer for life, thank you. Preston is a great store as well and Epping manager yesterday was also very helpful on the phone.

We don't have nationally advertised clearance items here "because we're a relatively new store. "

A bit expensive as usual.you can find the same stuff in repco and supercheap on a bit low price.
