Total Tools Sunshine

Total tools sunshine has the best customer service I’ve seen at any store these guys and the two young ladies have amazing personality’s and speed and there knowledge is under rated, they are all very welcoming and are always there to help.
The store is also keep very clean and tidy and pricing is on point!

Spoke to a guy here by the name of Brad,
And never in my life have I met someone who cares about a customer as much as I do.
I needed a certain tool to fix my car to get to work on Monday.
Caroline springs didn't have it.
Brad went out of his way
(he went back and checked the shelves two times because I changed my mind after he came back once)
Didn't have what I needed in stock
But he looked up and found a kit that did have the tool I needed, and then some.

He organised part number and checked stock in the Caroline Springs store for me so all I had to do was call them and qoute a number.

I've been a mechanic for quite a few years and been met with a lot of
" nah we don't have it right now, cya "
I've literally had people who own the Snap-on truck and I'm giving them thousands of dollars and then they just tell me oh no sorry mate we don't have that in stock today, can't be bothered getting it either.

But this guy was acting as if it was his own problem.
And he obviously didn't do it just for me, he does that for everybody.spot on attitude, absolutely spot on.

Bought a dwlt battery for $500 used it only for 3 weeks for warranty keep going up and down for 2 months they answer is we waiting for company is look like they don't care after they sale I deal with total tools not manufacturing hope they understand it

Tool heaven. Staff are on the ball. I was looking for a particular accessory to one of my tools. I called and was answered by a very sweet and professional voice.
I must say, she was very very helpful. Searched for my request and put it aside for me to pick up.
When I came to the store, I was greeted by a young fella who knew all about my order. Shows me that communication is very good between staff.
I decided to have a look around the store and of course found some other items to buy. I walked past a young lady sticking shelves and I simply asked s question. She turned and recognized me by my voice. I was pleasantly surprised.
I can’t speak more highly of the service that I received from all the staff.

I've visited this store a few times since it's opened. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Plus the store has always been neat, well stocked and the prices well marked.

Don’t buy nothing from them
I brought a $1200 air compressor, oil was spitting out, didn’t come with a oil cap, they refused to give me one
Terrible

Bought a tool that was faulty took it back the next day. Instead of replacing it or giving me a refund they told me they can only send it back to manufacture to be repaired and that it would take over 2 weeks. Needed it for work if you’re a tradie shop elsewhere.

When I walked in 4 people straight away were asking to help me, one guy was walking next to me as I was walking back to the register looking at what I was holding. I just wanted to be left alone to buy what I needed. I understand they're there there for customer service but it was all a bit overwhelming.

These people know what they're doing with passion and professionalism. Large nice and clean shop. Highly recommended.

Brand new store with huge product range and lots of room to move around. Great attitude from the team here, especially the store manager and assistant manager. I can always find what I need here, and if I can’t, they would help me to the best of their knowledge and ability. There are other tool shops closer to our factory, but I always come here for the above-and-beyond customer service. Highly recommended!

Ok, tbh, I don't like total tools, the deals are great but the staff has always let me down, be it no knowledge of products, not knowing where they are in store, or just plain lazy, this new sunshine store is not like the others, all floor staff were eager to help, if they didn't know their boss/supervisor knew straight away, and didn't sigh or sook when he had to do so, staff were genuinely nice, especially the older fellow who couldn't help but directed me to someone who could in the most polite and respectful way possible, give yourselves a pat on the back sunshine total tools, straight forward respectful and knowledgeable lads highly encourage spending your money here.

18 years in the trade so I frequent tool shops ALOT.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased my Ego lawn mower from the very helpful Dean but Unfortunately I couldn't fit it in my car. Brad the store manager offered to drop it of for me without charge. The staff went out of their way to help me out. I'm definitely coming back. Thanks heaps guys
