Absolute champions, helped me with some bolt extraction tools. Super happy to help and great with refunds/helping me out when the first option I purchased didn't work!

Look through their online page and everything, absolutely everything that has reviews are all five star. So i tested this and put some 5,4,3,2 and 1 star reviews. Guess what? Only the 5 star reviews got published.
I wonder how long until the ACCC notice this and fine them $380,000 as they have to other businesses falsifying reviews

The item that I bought was no good compared to the last time the item I bought from there but they don't have the same item anymore. I will have to take my item back and get my money back because it does not work good but they're cheaper version work perfect but all in all good place for tools

I give it five stars! Although there was a slight discrepancy between the online inventory and the actual products in stock, Salesperson George Arhontis stepped up without hesitation, going above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed. I won't think twice about returning to Total Tools South Melbourne to spend my money in the future.

This place is a disgrace! Waist-high weeds along the perimeter are an eyesore! We live across the road and want to be proud of our neighbourhood. Several polite requests to tidy up have gone unheeded. 3 months ago the manager told me that their lawn mower was broken!

John / Sam were very helpful in store. John went above and beyond to give us a perfect service without any hassle. We will come back for sure! Thank you guys

Please inform your security workers, specifically the man with long tied hair, that not all the people goes at 9 am to steal something from the store, he does not have to chase people through the aisles with a defiant face I guess he at least needs an induction. I wouldn’t go to this store again.

Sorted out the mess from Moorabin TT with a friendly professional manner. My new "go to"TT store. Manager is committed to customer service and a nice bloke to boot!

Purchased a dud impact driver. Tbf they only made me weight 1 weak before replacing with a new 1.

Probably the worst customer service! Would not recommend buying power tools from here, as they won’t look after you. I purchased a faulty item, it started playing up after a few weeks, and they wouldn’t exchange it over right away. Said it will take over a week to go through the process. Have been a repeat customer for many years and this is the service I got. What a shame

Huge selection of Milwaukee gear, staff were really friendly and showed great concern for my enquires! Love my new utility knife - they offer click n collect + zip pay works!

They have sourced me tools that aren't on the system, and had them delivered that week. Cheers fellas.

They shipped me a wrong item which costs like $5, my original item price was $12. And they are making me wait forever to send the item i ordered. They have no support for online orders, just some call center. They post memes on Facebook everyday but dont answer any messages. Terrible scammers.

Went in today to buy some tools and the first greeting I got is. " Can I see your vaccinations papers". Great customer service, plenty of other places to buy at. See u never

Best tool shop in the area, my personal favourite branch as well! Staff are very friendly and helpful, they will always go the extra mile to help and assist. Always getting the best advice for my next job. Store is fully stocked all the times with all professional brands and prices are unbeatable. Best deals, highly recommend!

I spent a lot of money over the years in that store. And the other day I kindle asked to use the toilet and they denied. Looks like after all, is all about money, they don’t care about you.zero customer service.

And at the end of the day, all those companies can beat the price, so I’ll star shopping at Sydney tools, they treat me better there.

What a great store! My fiance and I broke down on the side of the road on our way to a job, which resulted in a 20 minute walk to this store to buy items we needed to fix the problem.
We were helped out by Darren on the floor, who helped us get what we needed quickly, and efficiently! (A Bahco jack, portable air compressor, and left handed easy outs).
The stores other team member David was an absolute LEGEND, and drove us back to our car to save us the walk with a heavy item.
We made a couple of new friends today, and won't hesitate to come back into this store should we be in the area and need anything else.

Been coming here for years. Always a pleasure to do business. Very knowledgeable about their products and very easy to deal with with warranty issues.

Amazing staff, wonderful Service. They could use more stock of certain items but they're still very good.
