Total Tools Shepparton

Got sold wrong tool for job I'm doing. Ask for refund per Australian Consumer Law. Manager tries to argue with me they don't do refunds because I've used the tool. WRONG. Item wouldn't do what I needed therefore not suitable for purpose I'm entitled to refund. Total Tools, total tools.

Had awesome experiences with this business for my whole life living in Greater Shepparton.

The staff have a great sense of humour, and will help you with any tool you need for every trade (Automotive, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc).

Will always return here for specialist tools and highly recommend for anyone who works in the Greater Shepparton area who needs tools.

Tool box missing item went back to rectify then open up other box to find incorrect matching top, was told to come back again and that I should of checked the boxes when it was delivered. Isn't that your job to do? Poor customer service

I like supporting locally owned and the people are friendly and they have good quality products.

My wife never gets the time of day if she goes in on her own and the price match guarantee is absolutely meaningless.

Great service, huge range. Locally crewed and has a kickass coffee container out front. Nuff said. 6 stars.

Once again Total Tools let us down on a warranty issue with Dewalt. Happy to stand by their supplier rather than their client. Product taken in for repair came back still not working so now it is our fault. STAY AWAY FROM TT SHEPPARTON & DEWALT products.

Go here before other stores you would be surprised on price.

Exceptional service and advice. Instead of selling an expensive tool you will only use once or twice, they recommend the tool you need.

Really large store with lots of tools for almost every purpose you could ever want. The staff (in my experience) have been extremely helpful whenever I've asked for help. Highly recommend them over somewhere like Bunnings for whatever tools you need.

It may not have been important to you but it was to me 1 week and 2 visits to store and still nothing no wonder people shop elsewhere

######### Great people before the sale once they get your money they don't want to know you.first the guy tried selling me something more expensive then what was on the website.second i'm very upset same guy sold me a item was damaged and they gave me discount on it and they said thats all the damaged but it turned out it was more damaged then they told me.if i have to i will name the person's name if this doesn't get resolved (Generator)
