Fantastic service. Had a couple of warranty issues with gear not even purchased from this store, not a problem.
Very bad experience with TT, bought something online and waited for ages without any notification till I manually check the order status, which is "Cancelled". My order was cancelled without any notification. Then I called online support, I have been told the order is NOT cancelled, it is on backorder. OK, I am fine with further waiting. Then I have been told via email, the Richmond store is out of stock, and I need to pay extra for shipping from another store. I told them it was not my fault, they should honour it. However, it is another 1-week-waiting. Then I emailed them again for the update, I have been told they are processing my order. Finally, I got another email today, the ORDER PROCESSING is actually a refund! What ridiculous services!
Turned up just before closing time on a Saturday. Described my problem. A solution was suggested and explained. Cost was $7. I couldn't have had a better experience.
Rang a bunch of Total Tools looking for a new drill chuck replacement, every branch gave me the run around with staff who had no idea how to solve the problem and refused to investigate. Muhammad at the Richmond store took the time to figure out what I needed and recommended a solution, thanks
I bought a concrete mixer from Richmond branch and was faulty. I sent them a video of faulty product and they accepted.
But they said you must bring the concrete mixer by your own cost.
Which this is against low.
Finally, they accepted to pick up the faulty product after 3 weeks.
Not a good after sale service at all.
