I wish I can give it 0 star Unreasonable store manager the old lady, trying to return a product with my receipt just bought one day before
She said not refund because I tried to fit in my machine which is could not be sale anymore it doesn’t matter if the item is working or not It’s Ridiculous! Will never go back this shop again

The staff were very patient and helpfull they tolerated my change mind and worked with me to get a great package that let me get the tools I needed at the best price

Was treated poorly by an older staff member,
Left there & went straight to Sydney tools Pakenham where we were treated soo much better. Unfortunately some companies loved the new powers given during covid & loved flexing their muscles beyond what was reasonable.
On a brighter note, I have been visiting Total Tools Traralgon & they have been even better, I've spent 10's of thousands & am not done yet.

Total tools pakenham are amazing, they offered me outstanding customer service they were very knowledgeable, I highly recommend them.

Kirsten and Beth provided excellent service. Very knowledgeable and stayed back after closing to help. Good old fashioned customer service.

Staff are very helpful and will ask if you need a hand, good layout not over cramped but enough to fill the empty spaces

The people in the store try very hard to be of service either in the shop or over the phone. Avoid busy periods if you require detailed advice as others are getting detailed advice. After shopping on the 11/12/21, Andrew Silks’ service was excellent, very impressed as was Kirsten. Unfortunately the online experience was disappointing.

Went in to pick up an order and as soon as I walked through the door I was confronted via a rude and obnoxious young worker demanding that I instantly scan the covid check in. I have no issue scanning the code but I was simply getting my click and collect email ready as i was walking in. Covid regulations are hard on everyone but that doesn't mean you need to be disrespectful to your customers. Ended up dealing with the store manager at least that went better.

Good range of quality tools, not cheap imports like a lot of so called hardware stores sell.
The staff are very helpful and attentive, too.

Good total tools store with a wide range. Pricier than competitors like Sydney tools. Even bunnings and Aldi brand tools are competing with their quality and prices.

Good selection of tools with great service. Reasonable prices though competitors may be cheaper unless on sale.

Denied entry for not being able to wear a mask. There is a reason why medical exemptions are granted yet apparently the "boss" said they won't allow it.

The friendliest staff I’ve ever met, while I did not buy anything the staff continued to help me with my enquiries as if I was the only customer in the store

I've been to a few total tools since living in Australia. The franchise itself is good but it's the staff that make all the difference, that said I've had some bad experiences with other locations which is why I'm writing this review for this one in particular. Today especially but other days as well, I experienced top service from many helpful staff; in particular Andrew went above and beyond in procuring some saw bench mounts which saved me doing a special order.

If you're picking between two locations give these guys a go, very good service from pleasant staff.

Staff were very helpfull. They found the items I needed and even offered to help carry stuff. If you open an account, depending on how much you buy, you could recieve a discount. Open to both public and trade.

Rob & Silky have to most likely be the most efficient staff members I have ever dealt with! Did a click and collect order and they were happy to fast track it so I can grab it urgently! I cannot go instore because of covid (not a tradie) but these guys have done an amazing job! Will be back and very very happy with the turn around and didn't even flinch to help me out! Love the good work! Thank you

Andrew Boon is super friendly and helpful guy. I was pretty upset about giving me a wrong product by some other sales guy but Andrew took things into his hands and rectified the issue. 5 stars for Pakenham branch because of good salesman

Kyle is a legend who will help you with all your tool needs, got a problem and he will sort you out.plus the pakenham store always has what you need and if in the off chance they dont have it and you order it in, it comes in, in no time at all.

I went into total tools with the intention to buy a AC/DC Tig and consumables on the weekend totalling around $2000 and asked if the salesperson could do any better on price.he said no. I then told him I was going to Sydney told and he began to question me why I would and where was my loyalty and if they'd put money into the bushfire appeals. I was speechless. I have never been treated like this by anyone in retail. I will not be going back to TOTAL TOOLS again after this.
I went to Sydney Tools and they gave me $300 off
