A huge store with a vast catalogue of tools for any tradie or home maintenance work. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and polite.

tried to leave critical review on a product which was not as described, website says you review submitted but 3 weeks passed and my review still doesn't show in their websit (I was logged in when write review and product i was reviewing had receipt showing in my account)
SO DONT TRUST REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE.left product for warranty claim and they say someone will come in store to have look for fault after 10 days and then we will let u know how long will it take to repair.so if u are a tradie and your main tool is from total tools needs warranty repair brace for few weeks wait for repair to happen and hold all the jobs u took and planned or u buy another onefrom them for those few weeks if u like to keep going.will do my best not to buy from here.

Clean and tidy shop

Such a big store! Looks small from the outside. They seem to have everything. Except what I wanted but Hayley was wonderful and kindly offered to order what I wanted in for me. So I got 2 instead of the 1 I originally wanted. Took my details and will confirm a delivery date in a few days time. Hoping all goes well. Recommend this business to all.

• Go by their Expert recommendations - whether it's a pair of Trousers or a Tape Measure ; worked amazing for me. Makes me remind of them every time I use those products.
• Every team member reaches out to you for assistance, much better customer service than popular supermarkets.
• Great addressal of customer issues in-store. Online ordering system through App & Website by Head Office sucks.

Great store well laid out and huge now compared to how it used to be. I think with now having competition from another big red tool building not far down the highway they had to lift their store range and layout which they have done very well.

Greeted by a lovely young lady as soon as I entered the store and within 2 minutes I was approached and attended to by Jarod the store manager.
He took the time to understand my needs and gave me recommendations for my tasks.
He stayed with me throughout the duration of my time in the store as well as putting me through the check out.
Very knowledgeable and experienced within the specialised tool industry and professional throughout.

Store looks small out front but is massive inside. There is no shortage of help once inside. They have the most massive range of tools and accessories that a Tradie could want. Prices are good as well and not worth wasting time driving to get odd items a few dollar/cents cheaper. This store is a credit to Melton. Get on it

Had an issue with a long warranty turn over and Jared helped me out and made sure I was happy, couldn't recommend enough.

Large store with a wide selection of high quality tools. Friendly and knowledgeable staffs made shopping for tools a breeze

Now the store has at least doubled in size the products they now stock is mindblowing the employees are always friendly.ultra polite and they know their stuff. Its set out good too parts of aisles are dedicated to brands much like other stores so if you are looking for cordless drill from xxxx brand all the tools they sell will be in the brands section

Are in the process of incorporating their warehouse into the main store area, should quadruple it's current size. Hopefully won't dilute the amazing service or knowledge, I'm sure it won't

The store had a better group of employees there on Sunday, very helpful and thorough. I was happy with the measures put in place to help stop the spread, and I'm thankful they are open.

The Manger Darren has great product knowledge and made is easy for a female to understand how product was right for me.

It was my first time I had been to total tools. I needed a new air compressor for my little airbrush. I had research the compressor and took my brush with me as I had no idea how to attach the hoses. The staff were amazing Darren walked me through how to use the Compressor. He worked out what fittings I needed, he set up the hoses and added another connection so I can run 2 airbrushes. He taught me how to put in some new o rings in the ends of the fittings and how use Teflon tape. I came home plug in my unit and away I went. If you want quality customer service you can not go past this shop. They are so helpful and spend as much time as needed. Thank you so much Total Tools I would not have been able to do it without your help.

As usual, customer service from this store is a wonderful experience. Darren resolved a technical requirement on the spot: he ordered the missing parts and assembled the available parts. In a way, he transformed my shopping experience to a different level. As expected, a professional delivery. Thanks to Darren and his staff, I now can aim 6 airbrushes simultaneously. It saves work and elevates productivity and morale in boxART.
