27I bought Damo saw from North Geelong totel tools, just few times used only, still under warranty but totel tools didn't care about warranty. They have had done with me and things very bad, I don't want to recommend to my other friends to go buy anything from totel tools.
The manager Kirsty was absolutely disrespectful to myself my wife and especially being so nasty in front of my children to which I needed to write this review! I was simply stating I couldn’t find a specific drill bit and she turned around and said your a man I’m sure you would know how to find it! I was bewildered she has no people skills or respect for the customer especially being a manager she should if known better! I highly not recommend this joint go elsewhere the customer experience is now officially shattered! My kids were upset same
Great service from Lana today. She walked me through the repair and service process for tools, and was a delight to work with. Clearance pricing was very attractive too

Mixed experiences here. Was refused service one day when not wearing a mask despite having an excemption and told to wait and be served in the carpark. Could handle that better.exemptions are lawful.
These guys are great. I now have 14mm to 28mm twist drills with 13mm shank.
They fit the cordless chuck. These guys are the only place I know that stock that range.

Total tools South Melbourne is an hour away, considerably better service and worth the drive.
Staff refuse to work with you on pricing no matter how much you're buying or if you're a regular customer. (Insider gold with 8k+ spend this financial year)

Terrible, they advertise special prices on line, and that they have stock, when you go there they didn't have any,
They have a great range of tools but the staff member I dealt with was nothing but arrogant. Totally through me off ever coming back.
I've since spent roughly $4-5k at Sydney Tools down the road and the service I've been provided has been absolutely amazing. Goes to show what taking care of a customer can do.

Such a terrible customer service, spent more than $600 and asked about warranty related question, didn't get any clear response, also the lady at the counter was terrible with greeting. By the way, cheap prices.
Went to purchase a trolley. Was told by a staff member they were out the front. Didn't offer to show me or help me as they are clearly strapped out the front even after i mentioned i need a trolley, so i had an intention to buy. I then had to go to the exit, take a picture of the product and then proceed to the counter in order to purchase. If i didn't need the trolley i wouldn't of bought. Had other items to buy but wasn't going to continue to purchase. The man who took my final payment was nice.
