The service provide by Adam was fantastic. Have repeatedly come back to this store, even if it’s further away, because of the friendly, energetic and knowledgeable service provided by him.
Products and store are also high quality and very well maintained.

Sent my saw in for repair 4 months ago and still haven't received it, always the same excuse that Makita is investigating where my saw is. The dispute between the store and Makita has nothing to do with me, I should be provided with a full refund or new saw instead I have to call 3 times a week for the same response and sometimes not even a call back at all. Really disappointing.

It's been nearly 2 month waiting for in store order I purchased paying $2500 bucks for a milwaukee and kincrome kits. I don't even get any emails, calls or texts to tell me where my stuff is. I had to rang up to find out it and they told me they don't know when the stuff will be ready? Well the following day nothing at all, no calls or anything to notify me the where about of my stuff. After 1 week I rang up again and they said, still they're unsure where it is. And then I got a call after few days and they said they received incomplete items if you want to pick up come to the store, even they have mentioned free delivery and i asked about the delivery they said it takes around 2-3 weeks more, uff? Still waiting for my stuff! Don't know how long? The worst tool shop ever I have seen.

Today was the first time I have ever purchased from Total Tools in Epping, Vic.
I have to say, Adam who help me was fantastic. I was purchasing a Compound Saw for the first time and he took the time to go through the functions of various saws and what were my needs.
I give a big thumbs up to Adam for his patience and help.
I will definately be making all my future purchased from Total Tools in Epping rather than those big hardware stores where customer service is non existent.
Thank you once again Adam for all your help.
As I am writing this review, I have also just made an online purchase for a Makita Mitre Saw Trolley.

Great store I had a great team member helping me not as much Stoke on the shelf a few bare spots and it didn't seem to have as much range as I have seen in other stores.

Bought a Milwaukee set off these guys a year ago. Work from home and no need to be vaxed. Milwaukee drill packs up on me and these clowns wont help cover my warranty cause i cant sign and prove vax status.definitely confused as to what my gran parents fought for in ww2 if this kind of behaviour is considered appropriate in todays stone age. Lost me as a customer now and i wont ever recommend them again

Needed to change my oil and filter for motorbike. Being completely new to auto DIY I had heaps of info from the internet but no experience. Was good to meet Declan who gave me some good pointers which helped me get it done without mistakes. He took the time to look at my bike and got me the right stuff without trying to upsell me anything I didn't need.

Walked in looked around and walked out walked out without even being looked at never mind offered help, they seem to have moved to CBF level 10 since Sydney tools have backed of the pressure.

After ordering an “in stock” item, called up the next day to arrange pick up, was told that item wasn’t in stock, would be there the next day. Next day turned into 4 days. Then went to pick up item and followed click and collect protocol, was informed be out in 5 mins. 25mins later had to walk into store and ask for the item. I understand people may be busy, but absolutely p**s weak service. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Just a quick one. I had been given the run around with the boys down at Sydney Tools the other day, so I thought to myself surely they're not all the same so did the little trundle down to Total Tools Epping.
I could not have been happier with the service I had received. I was greeted by a lovely young lady by the name of Raven. She was so informative which was a breathe of fresh-air (my wife doesn't know the difference between a spanner and a screwdriver).
When Raven couldn't give me an answer she was quick to grab one of the other guys to lend a hand. Adrian went above and beyond to explain to me all the different components of the tool.and also put my wife at ease by telling her everything I could do for her at home! WIN - WIN GUYS!
Thanks again guys, I will definitely be back soon!

Fabulous customer service from Raven! Best service I have had anywhere. Nothing was too much trouble. And I believe she went out of her way to help. All businesses need someone like Raven, she is a star!

Epping Total ripoff. Ive spent thousands at this store and now will take my business to sydney tools all because of a rude sales man that has no idea what price's were. When questioned about a sidchrome tool bag priced at $94.80 he answered thats the going price and wouldnt match or beat Sydney tools and even bunnings have the same bag at $64.70.people make sure you do your research b4 buying at epping total tools.

Absolute clowns running this joint, 2 weeks wait for an online order i purchased paying $1500 bucks for a milwaukee kit. I don't even get any emails, calls or texts to tell me where my delivery is. I had to phone up to find out it was still sitting at the depo and they would get it out to me the next day. Well the following day nothing at all, no calls or anything to notify me the where abouts of my parcel. Once again i phoned up and they tell me they're unsure where it is. How hard is it to courier something from Epping to DOREEN? ! Next time ill just pick the bloody thing up and save me the hassle.

I wrote a review on the total tools website about a compressor I purchased that cost me $800 and did not last 6 months. Seems like they didn't like my feedback about the quality of the product they sell. Review was also based on the performance of the product. What is the point of having a review system if you are not willing to accept any negative feedback?

What a breath of fresh air. I went to total tools as their "exlusive brand" evolution table saws seem to be by far the best option in it price range. I walked in and within 15 seconds was greeted by a staff member (Aiden) and asked if he could help. Not only did he help he went "above and beyond" to get me a unit from a very high storage point. All the staff were super friendly and chatty unlike those working for the big green giant down the road.
I was so pleased with the experience, I ditched my shopping list that I had from the green shed down the road and bought it all here. Which ended up being cheaper for better quality gear. I will certainly be back for everything that I am not having to by elsewhere due to "exclusivity". But honestly if I had known the service and prices were so good, I'd be coming here for years. Do yourself a favour and shop at total tools, where people know their stuff and are helpful. Bloody happy with today.
