One of the rudest branch in Dandenong all the staff are prideful and acts entitled. I ordered parts for vacuum and took my vacuum so they know what I exactly want but they still ordered completely wrong part. I told them it’s completely wrong and she said oh let me tell my manager this other guy came looked so bothered he said this is what you ordered mate and we don’t take it back you can leave it here if you don’t want it.

Next time my Milwaukee grinder stopped working I took it back I said it’s not working and I purchased a year ago they said Yh and the warranty finished it was for 1 year. I said Milwaukee gives 3 years check their website so after all of his stupid conversation he knew that I know what I’m saying he was so pissed and he filled a paper for warranty and few weeks after I got called I went in and the same guy said oh look at you they give you new one you finally got another one by trying I said the problem wasn’t me it’s the grinder I didn’t do anything wrong so it’s my right to go check the warranty and you can be as much angry as you want I don’t give a damn about it.

Excellent store, however beware you will spend more than expected. Very easy to do, have great specials and huge range.like a kid in a candy store

Unreasonable store manager, trying to return a sealed product with my receipt.
They would not refund it as it was past the 14 day return period which i understand.
He was happy to exchange for another item. I was also happy to exchange the item for something else, Then had a change of mind as the box was dirty on one side.
This made the product to be deemed un-sellable condition. What a joke.

An excellent experience. Went in there to buy components to convert my 80s mig welder over to DC aluminium. The staff there not only more helpful and friendly than the "professional" welding supply shops, but they even undercut the price without even trying.
Quite impressed and well beyond what I expected!

Grumpy, impatient manager, average service from employees. Poor employees have to work with that kind of human being. Feel so sorry for them

Unreasonable return policy for unsatisfied customer. Bought a hydraulic pipe bender but the tools is not fit for purpose and cannot achieve desired results (cannot make a good bend at 90 degrees, @ slight degrees, it is squeezing pipe diameter, I even brought the pipework to show them the results) tried to return with original package and the less than 24 hours original receipt but sale staff said that manager has the policy of no return if it was used, instead they offer and suggested me to keep the bender for future use or find a way how it will work, what a silly suggestion. I suggest don't sell this product and don't recommend any tradies to buy this.

Purchased a king chrome tool set box was faulty and still waiting on warranty change over.
Not resolved as yet and so far been waiting 4 months!
No after service what so ever.

Always have helpful, honest staff to assist with anything and the tools are always good and reasonably priced too.
If they don't have something, they are happy to assist with either ordering in or recommending where else to get the specific thing I am after.

The worst Customer service i have ever experienced. The will not want to assist you at all, will never shop at this total Dandenong at all. Rudest staff members. Good luck if you are trying to return an item

Terrible, made me wait to get a photo of the credit card used for click and collect despite me being the designated third party pickup and showing ID. What the? As if I have the credit card! I’m the courier for goodness sake. Never again

Poor customer service at power tools side.really rude staff feels like they dont want to help you at all.

Thr product and price not bad and first time i go looking for stuff, sometimes you can’t say what u want you have to looking to see what is in your mind but the service stuff too many times each one ask me what you want I said I’m looking maybe I have look too buy later or not enough money now should be like bunnies when u need u call them!

Customer service is junk.had 4 workers standing around doing nothing at all had 3 customers waiting to be served.

Poor service, I wanted to return the product that I purchased 10 days ago, but they did not take it, although according to their rules, the return within 14 days. The sellers are very arrogant and talk to you as if you were the last.
