Went to the Caroline Springs store to look and purchase an extension ladder. Mark approached us and promptly asked what type we were after? After deciding, we wanted to purchase. However we didn’t bring the trailer to take it home with us and said we would return to get it. Mark replied that he was going to another store and would drop it off for us on the way. What an amazing employee. Amazing customer service. Thankyou again Mark.

They Dont let you leave negative reviews on their website (will not be approved) even if u have account with them and u provide all details
tried to leave critical review on a product which was not as described, website says you review submitted but 3 weeks passed and my review still doesn't show in their websit (I was logged in when write review and product i was reviewing had receipt showing in my account)
SO DONT TRUST REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE.left product for warranty claim and they say someone will come in store to have look for fault after 10 days and then we will let u know how long will it take to repair.so if u are a tradie and your main tool is from total tools needs warranty repair brace for few weeks wait for repair to happen and hold all the jobs u took and planned or u buy another onefrom them for those few weeks if u like to keep going.will do my best not to buy from here.

I was here a month or so ago to buy some Milwaukee kit. Hats off to the boys, came up and helped me after seeing the lost look on my face and were very well informed about all the tools and happy to answer all my questions. Also showed me how to redeem the batteries which was a big help.

Massive tool store with a huge range of tools and supplies. Everything had prices clearly displayed- unlike some other tool shops that you don't know what the prices are until you go to the counter.

The store has great staff great management team was able to help me out with a purchase after another store wouldn't honour a quote they gave me. Caroline Springs shines above other store in the west

They have no idea about what consumer law is. Had an argument about a defective item and the employee started to get aggressive saying you don't know what your talking about. Store policy ect ect bad experience won't be coming back. Can spend $ somewhere else now. P. S.straight from ACC website.

a receipt or reference number given for phone or internet payments

But instead you think that your policy over rides the law 'clap clap'

Absolute bunch of arrogant cowboys with no clue about disability discrimination laws! After clearly explaining to them my medical condition for not wearing a mask and trying to show them my doctors exemption (which I’m not required to do so) they just laughed and simply wouldn’t even look at it! Total tools (which what the staff were) just lost all my business to Sydney Tools who were polite and understanding of my medical exemption. Furthermore all my trades will get incentives and encouragement to use Sydney Tools! A formal complaint will also be made with the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commision.
