Total Tools Brooklyn

This has to be the best Total Tools store in Victoria. They are very helpful and go beyond to help me out. Pity they are 30 mins from my home, but whenever I buy a big item, I would make an effort to come here.

"If you spend $ 300 +. You get some present for free "! But it never happened. They have 1000 reason why not!

Went to your store on 7th July and was greeted with very attentive customer service. The boys were very professional and respectful. Chris took my call before I went in and promised to look after me when go into the store, and he sure did.

It’s rare to find caring and respectful people these days and Chris was an absolute gem. He spent so much time helping me to get all the tools.
He was very patient and genuine. Thank you very much Chris for helping me with all the Milwaukee tools you put together for me.

This is the best store ever. Why can I go to Caroline Springs, spend $3000 and they will not move an inch on price? In comparison, I buy from Brooklyn. Tim is just amazing and reasonable and prepared to throw in “reasonable trade discounts”

Accordingly I have spent like $6000 (at least from Brooklyn). Absolute zero from the Caroline Springs store.

Caroline Springs, you need to up your game if you expect business.

Friendly service. If they don't know about what you're looking for they'll find someone who can help.
Shelves are well stocked and if not they'll generally get it in for you straight away.
Returns and issues on products are well handled as well.

Came into the store yesterday and stared at compressors for 20 minutes. 4 Staff walked past, no one said hello or asked me if I wanted help. Wow.terrible service (actually none at all). So I went to Sydney Tools Sunshine and spent $1500.

Garbage customer service! I’ve shopped there twice. Both times have been a disappointing experience. I’ll actively avoid this place from now on.

Had a great experience with Craig today. Came in to buy an air compressor, he spent time listening to my needs and gave me great advice which made the whole process a whole lot less stressful
I ended up with great air compressor to suit my needs and a few other things.
Will definetly be coming back to Total Tools Brooklyn

Tom was excellent to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of time to walk me through the steps that I needed to take on the exact tools I needed to carry out some difficult stuff. For a first time purchaser of these products it was excellent dealing with him and I would highly recommend this business as I’ve got a very clean and simple layout and really knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Organised a click and collect from here and it was very easy & such friendly staff going out of their way to help.

It's a massive warehouse with lots of power tools, hand tools, machinery and lost of other stuff. You will definitely find what you're looking for.

Wanted some blades for brick saw urgently so I visited many tools shop but I couldn't find the blade I was looking for. Most of the salesperson were confused while I was asking them for the specific blade I was looking for.

Eventually while being disappointed I called the Total Tools asking them what I needed and the salesperson confidently assured me of having the blade. When I went there the salesperson quite professionally went to the shelf and asked some details of the types of the work and surprisingly gave me the exact blade I was looking for.

Very poor service by David, should not be working in retail as it shows he does not like his job.

Staff are more helpful and knowledgeble than bunnings next door. Competitve price and easy to find things.

Their online service is completely useless. I bought an item expected to post in 5-6 days. Over one month later still waiting. They won't even reply to email sent to their online contact.
Next time I'll just go to Bunnings. TT are a complete waste of time.

It takes a lot of effort to get served. 5 of them walking away from you until you deliberately call them over.

Customer Service A1 as they say.if you want toys, go to a toy shop. But if you want tools, then go to Total Tools 5*

Great service and discount on purchase - very happy. What a relief not to be forced to buy tools from awful Bunnings where it is often hard to find anyone to help with an enquiry that knows anything about tools and you waste so much time sorting through some very poor quality products. Staff were immediately available and attentive and provided advice on fixing my.old tool as well as providing a discount on the new one. Excellent experience
