Total Tools Braeside

Wanted to build a air plain in me yard so i bought a hammer to construct and build, time to take flight mate

Went into this store this morning looking for a item and not 1 staff member approached or even asked if I needed help they were 2 busy taking to each other in the corner behind the counter no customer service in this store

First time visitor. Was amazed by what was on display. Every tool know to man out of packaging to look at.

Just walked in, 3 guys at counter. Had my busted sidchrome ratchet. Told me I needed my receipt, told them I bought it 15 years ago. They said too bad buddy. Called a competitor down the road and they said bring it in no receipt BECAUSE SIDCHROME COVER A LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR FAULTY PARTS.just shows you how either moronic or lazy these staff members are.

More of a dig at the company as a whole rather than this particular store, but they cop it because they supplied the item. I purchased a Milwaukee heated jacket as advertised on their website which included a travel charger and a "BONUS" battery. I noticed that when the item was delivered that it only came with one battery and I wondered where the "BONUS" battery was.

I called a store and they told me, much to my chagrin, that the Jacket doesn't come with a battery! I found that very strange. How could someone sell you a car without an engine and then proceed to offer you a "BONUS" engine to make it work?

I purchased the jacket based on misleading advertising thinking I was getting a deal. I feel duped! Being in advertising and marketing myself, I found this ad to be deceiving and spurious. I'd hoped in good faith that they may be able to offer a "BONUS" battery. Unfortunately you don't get to deal with anyone here for complaints, they just palm it off to Indonesia.

A staggering range of tools and accessories, and plenty of helpful, highly qualified people to assist.

Great selection available at reasonable prices. The team in Braeside provided great customer service and were more than happy to answer all of my questions. The team were also very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Total Tools Braeside.

Always extremely helpful with my business needs, they do their best to beat any competitor quotes I bring in. They have proven extremely knowledgeable on so many numerous occasions. Don't listen to the other reviews on this site, these guys are good.

Absolutely zero customers service.
Bunnings are more helpful and have greater understanding of tools then these guys waste of my time. They used to be good what happened

Customer service has gone backwards in a big way under the new management structure. A shame as we've used this store exclusively for many years and sent many people here, all spending big dollars annually. We're now taking our business elsewhere along with all those that we'd sent there.
