Total Tools in Bendigo have an impressive range in stock and they had the best prices. I received the best help, service and friendliness from the staff at Total Tools Bendigo than at any hardware store I've ever been in. Their product knowledge is better than anywhere I've been and they seek you out to help you. It's a stark contrast to the bread and sausage 'warehouse')

Warrick provided us with exceptional customer service when we came in today (18/09/2022) to purchase some welding supplies. He was knowledgeable, personable, patient, funny and a pleasure to engage with. He went through the various features of the different welding helmets and accessories we bought and nothing was too much trouble. He was even able to make recommendations on local steel suppliers. Massive thank you for such a delightful experience, we'll be returning for any future supplies we'll need!

Am a regular here, whether it’s something small or a whole Milwaukee toolkit that I buy, no matter the cost, the staff are highly attentive and all too happy to help. Have made a few special orders as well, the kind staff behind the checkout are super quick, and explain turnaround times and costs upfront which is fantastic. All in all, it’s an all-in one location for the tradesperson or DIY guru.

After sales service seems very good had trouble with a E-Go battery faulty and within warranty no trouble sending away and getting in touch with me in a very courteous manner battery was replaced with a new one.

We popped in on a Sunday (10/10/21), they were flat out! But!

Total tools in bendigo is a great tool place it has almost every tool you need and they are great quality tools but the tools are a bit expensive so you have to come in with a good amount of money to buy good tool sets. And if you want tools that they don’t have in stock you can do special orders and they can order it in for you I ordered two hkp bolt cutters in and they are awesome they are a bit cheaper than the Hit and some of the bolt cutters they have in stock but due to their power pivot they have really good cutting power the 18 inch hkp bolt cutters can cut up to a centimetre no problem total tools should sell more of them.
