Thanks to Don and Total Mac Solutions for the speedy repair of our MacBook Air that others had failed to fix. Appreciate the long hours you
put in to get our MacBook Air back to us ASAP during lock down.

An excellent company. My MacBook had a faulty logic board. They repaired the chip 3 times as it kept failing. They kept checking it for a couple of days and it continued to fail and continued to replace it. In the end they had to replace the logic board which was a lot cheaper that what was quoted by the Mac store and was returned really quickly. I am thoroughly impressed with these guys. Well done total Mac people. You are legends.

I'd taken my MacBook to two different authorised Apple outlets who both told me it would be cheaper to buy a new laptop than it would cost to fix mine, costing me $100 in the process. Luckily for me the next call I made was to Don at Total Mac Solutions. He offered a free quote to make an assessment, gave a more than reasonable quote to fix the problem and then fixed a separate batter issue with it as well for no extra cost. Great service and excellent communication the whole way, highly recommended.

We use our Mac for video in a comedy show. The thunderbolt/display port was damaged in the middle of a season in Adelaide, requiring the logic board to be replaced. A VERY expensive process if you go through an Apple dealer. We express posted the Mac to Don in Melbourne and got it back in Adelaide, fully working the day after he received it.
The price was by far the best and the workmanship was A1.

I was quoted nearly $900 by Apple to replace a faulty logic board. Don at Total Mac Solutions not only repaired the original logic board but was a third of the price! Great service, quick turn around. Don goes above and beyond. All up turn around was a week and it was packaged properly for postage. I will be a returning customer if I have any more trouble with any of my Macs.

Writing this review on my fantastic 2015 Macbook Pro, purchased from Total Mac Solutions. Don was fantastic, he has some seriously professional equipment. He knows his stuff and has dedicated many hours over many years, learning how to best repair and rebuild apple products. The laptop I purchased from Don was the cheapest available at the time, it was also the highest spec and in the best condition (brand new battery, charger and 3 month warranty). If you are looking for a new apple computer, or having one repaired, definitely go with Don at Total Mac Solutions.

I took a Macbook Air to Apple because it was dead. I was quoted $800+ to fix it. Don at Total Mac Solutions fixed it and shipped it back to me in less than a week.for $255! Great service at a great price.

Fixed the logic board on my partners's late 2011 Macbook Pro a couple of weeks ago, running like a dream now. Great guy to deal with, knows the ins and outs of macs, quick, efficient and reasonably priced.

I have a MacBook that failed outside of warranty and Apple Store techs had checked and quoted a logic board replacement and new battery. Checking the web and eBay of all places I found Total Mac Solutions offering a no fix no fee logic board repair service for a fraction of the cost. Checking the web site and calling the contact us # I was reassured that sending my mac interstate was legit.

The service was as easy to use, get the mac serial number, plug it into an Apple mac serial finder on the web to get the model, select the right logic board fix service on ebay then express post all bubbled wrapped up with details and fault to Total Mac Solutions. I then got a message via email that the job was received and a few days later they sent photos showing the damage on the board and a powered up working MacBook.

I’m now writing this review from my fixed MacBook. Brilliant!
