Total Health Chiropractic Frankston

I needed an upper cervical chiropractor and was told by these people that they are qualified for this type of care. They lied to me as they are NOT. They are pushy like telemarketers calling me to make another appointment quiet a number of times. Don’t believe anything they tell you. They just want your money. I will be reporting them and getting legal advice. I’m disgusted with the way I was treated. I have a serious condition and was led to believe they could help. I can’t work and spent hundreds of dollars for nothing. Please look elsewhere for help

Facebook ads did not provide all the necessary information except for the price for my first appointment. I went in because I was in pain, and after only 10 minutes of some preliminary checks, they sent me for an x-ray. Essentially, I ended up paying for nothing during my first appointment. Since it was my first time going, I didn't know what to expect. However, after going to another clinic, I realised the difference and was disappointed to have paid for 10 minutes without receiving any treatment.
I complained to them, and they called me back, but their answer did not satisfy me.

Dr Luke Vella is very good, I really believe in chiropractic and I had to find a new one due to the lack of availability with my old chiropractor. After a few different Chiro’s I found Luke, he never leaves a stone unturned, well worth it.

Luke is amazing. He talks you through what the plan is and how long it will take. Highly recommend:)

I had 2 adjustments at this business and found the relief to be good, however I was then presented with a costly 4 month contract, this coupled with there attempt to hold onto my X-rays on my first visit left me feeling that thier practice model is predatory and I will not return, or recommend them to any one.

Second visit and very impressed. Emily is awesome, very professional and after first adjustment ten years of pain gone. Now a few months of adjustment to realign me from 40 odd years of abuse
