I could not be happier with my experience at Total Face Group! I have been getting Botox with TFG for a number of years as well as Coolsculpting, both of which I’ve had extremely good outcomes. Recently I had PRP treatment under my eyes to address my wrinkles and crepey skin. Again, I had outstanding results and have booked in to treat my neck lines. The staff are always very friendly, informative and professional. I have recommended TFG to a number of friends and family and everyone is very happy with their treatments.

After a years of having my skin condition misdiagnosed by various Dermatologist's the staff at Total Face Group gave me a personalised skin care program and treatments which have dramatically improved my extremely dry, flaky skin. I also have Botox which makes me look fresher and less tired after working 14 hour days. 5 star rating from me!

I was extremely disappointed with the service here. I was booked in for the last appointment of the day to get filler in my lips. As soon as I arrived I felt rushed, it was a Friday night and it was apparent the consultant couldn't wait to leave work. From the moment I arrived to leaving I would have been in the salon no longer than 15 mins and the results are that of a complete rush job. Very unsatisfied.

Lacking post-treatment service.
Had Cool Sculpting treatment and was booked for review in 4 weeks times, when showed up, the premises was not opened. When called another branch, was told that the clinic was not opened until 1 hour later and that my appointment was not written in the system.
My appointment was then re-scheduled to a few weeks later.
Just received a call from the clinic to say that they no longer do Saturday appointments (which is one of main reason I chose this clinic).
Not happy!

Highly Recommended! I was so well treated and put at ease by the knowledgeable and attentive staff (thanks Mike!) and the clinic is beautiful - modern and clean. Very satisfied with the entire experience

I usually get botox in to help minimize deep lines on my forehead and balance out one eyebrow that is higher than the other. I had to find a new place to get my botox in Melbourne and It was my first time going here, after being recommended by a friend who had botox there. I'll definitely be back as the staff were very super friendly and made me feel comfortable - not to forget the results I had were probably better than I had elsewhere previously. Thanks guys.
