From start to finish the TotalCool team have shown exemplary service, nothing was ever to difficult. The team installed whilst I was at work and left everything how it was, even waiting for me to return (though they said they were packing up).

Total Cool provided an excellent service in terms of installing three reverse cycle heating/ air conditioning units efficiently and providing in a timely manner. All work was performed as a unit of work spread over a minimum of number of days and coordinated well with other trades required to complete the work.
