Wow! Effective pain relief and long term solutions. I have had bad experience with chiro in the past and was nervous but had heard that TBH was more than just chiro, has a more holistic approach so I gave it a go. Very glad I did. Brett explained everything about how my injury happened and it all made perfect sense. After treatment (which felt great, he found all the right spots) Brett provided exercises with videos, made it so easy. Greatly relieved pain in one treatment and further relieved pain with the exercises at home. I highly recommend.

Brett has identified my underlying structure issues and has given me pain relief. He organised my prehab for surgery and has been my diligent rehab co-ordinator and support. He has kept me honest in my daily exercises by use of an app with video to get it right & has been available when I needed further instruction between visits. Without his weekly attention to my movements and activity I would never have got this far or been able to return to work at all.

I've been seeing Dr Brett for years at his last clinic and have now followed him to Gisbourne.
He is thorough and I've never felt rushed through, no matter now many problems I've come in with.
I'm currently pregnant and he has adapted my treatment to make sure my aches and pains towards the end of the third trimester are taken care of.
I travel 40 minutes to see him and it's worth it. He's knowledgeable, personable and professional.

They are not just the run of the mill chiropractors, where you are out in 10-15 minutes but actually take the time to work on all aspects affecting your body. Naomi is incredible and has really sorted out and identified many of my issues. Cannot recommend them enough.
