Great flexibility to schedule PT, plenty of side programs that are informative and helpful, great app to have additional support activities including stretches just for me. Trainers are professional, provide excellent support and information to assist with my health and fitness journey. So glad not to have to drive somewhere, saves me heaps of time.

I can't recommend Total Balance Fitness Training highly enough.
The team are so knowledgeable and they love sharing their expertise to get you to achieve your health & fitness goals.
They are very supportive & encouraging, it really is fun fitness at it's best.

Great to have a fitness program that caters for the over 50's. The sessions were easy to follow with great guidance from the trainers. Highly recommended.

Since joining TBFT not only have I lost 16kgs and developed more strength and flexibility, the team and programs each month online inspired me through Covid lockdowns and beyond. It made all the difference to my weekly routines and forging new habits. I’m encouraged always in what I’m achieving, see tangible results and have gained friendships, laughs at ourselves along the way and great ideas for small attainable goals. All this via an online session. I don’t remember when I seen the team in person. But I’m still going and I love it! Though looking forward to seeing them at our Christmas get together. Join this program. It really has made such a difference as I transition into the new chapters of my life and still want to be healthy and fit as I’m ageing.

The online classes with Rob and Mitch are great. The programs have great variety and change every 4 weeks. The challenges that Rob creates are great too, helping us to focus on all things to do with health - food, exercise, meditation, water to name a few, as well as the app to help keep track and be accountable. I highly recommend these classes

I found the TBF program really suited me. The classes are great with Mitchell keeping an eye on how I was performing them which helped.and The online stretching exercises held by Rob really helped improve my flexibility. I was pleased with the loss of 5 kg’s over the first 5 weeks due to swapping out alcohol for soda water, and swapping carbs for extra vegs/ salad at dinner time. The whole exercise plan had some flexibility which helped me fit the sessions in. I would definitely recommend the program to others and I appreciate the tools they shared to enable me to keep on the right track.

This is a great gym! Trainers have a wealth of expertise and can always support me as I train around old injuries. It's also a friendly place, well equipped and they are always coming up with new ways to train me. Well worth going to.
So far, the best I have found!

Rob, Emily and Sarah are amazing trainers. They each have a wealth of knowledge and tailor fitness programs to suit your goals and fitness level.
They are great motivators to help you reach the next level and keep you on your toes.

I injured my shoulder previously and every exercise they gave me to do was carefully selected so as to not do further damage. I’m fighting for now and the strongest I’ve ever been! Can’t thank the team enough!

I love the recipes and nutritional information they provide on the website and Facebook groups.

The studio is very clean, neat and tidy and the equipment is modern and fit for purpose.

Everyone I meet in my sessions is friendly and encouraging.

Plenty of parking too, which I love!

I have been trained by Rob and Sarah for the last 8 months and can't recommend them more. Rob takes each client's fitness seriously and creates highly effective workout plans to help achieve their goals. I've been recovering from an accident and Rob and Sarah have been extremely instrumental in not only helping me work through my injuries but also getting me back to where I was prior.

As a self professed gym hater and avoider of all strenuous movement that requires coordinated movement, lifting weights.skipping. TBF has lulled me out of my phobia and introduced me to a balanced training schedule. Rob has been patient, but strict, in his approach to my trepidation toward fitness. He has factored in easy exercises at the beginning, building up as we go. His program is never dull and provides for an excellent all-round workout targeting all areas. Rob listens to my concerns, and adjusts training accordingly. I have had promising results so far, and am extremely happy to have joined TBF, and hope to keep going.

TBFT has been a great experience. Rob and the team take the guesswork out of health, fitness and nutrition. With carefully planned training and eating guidelines, together with great support, you will get results.

Rob is extremely responsive, encouraging and engaging in all contact and is always willing to help. The venue and facilities are excellent and when you couple this with a great environment, you are always in for a great experience.

Rob and Sarah do a brilliant job! They're attentive, patient and friendly. I feel like they took the time to understand my fitness goals and put together a program to suit and I'm seeing genuine results. Each session has a little variance so I feel like I'm not missing out on anything. Also - I've found their session structure to be really good value for money.

Thanks to help from Rob and Sarah I have not only been able to lose 10kgs since July, I have become a happier and healthier person!
I love the variety of exercises included in my sessions - keeps it interesting! My goal is to lose weight and to keep it off so I am always finding Rob and Sarah's dietary tips incredibly helpful! I'd definitely recommend TBFT if you're looking for a healthy lifestyle change or to increase your fitness. Thanks so much guys!:)

Started up with Rob just over 7 weeks ago now, already noticing great results in a short amount of time! My attitude towards training and diet has changed dramatically. Would highly recommend to anyone who's keen on getting some solid advice on health and fitness.

All the people and trainers are super motivating and supportive and want you to get the best out of your session! Trainers are always happy to give you tips on how to lose weight at home outside of your sessions! Always a great session

I really enjoy my workout sessions at TBFT, Rob is a great trainer who is supportive and encouraging at the same time. Rob has great knowledge in regards to nutrition and is happy to share this with his clients. Rob has a good understanding of people's capabilities and is able to push people to their limits (even though at times I have felt like I was going to die!) but hey - I don't come to TBFT to have a picnic do I? Keep up the good work Rob:)

Such a supportive & motivating environment! Rob & the team are a wealth of knowledge on all things healthy lifestyle & my training buddies are heaps of fun. I also love the eating tips & recipe ideas in the facebook groups. I couldn't recommend more highly. I even bought the t-shirt!
