2I have used the services of TAVi for over 13 years and have always been completely satisfied. Frank has a variety of talents in the world of computers and electronics and he is an amazing troubleshooter. Frank recently did a complete reset of my computer in order to on-sell and he installed a Ring doorbell, downloaded and tested the App and had everything working in no time. Frank was also able to answer questions I had about Outlook and other issues I had with my computer and TV programs. He is efficient and straightforward and just gets the problem solved without fuss. I would highly recommend his services in anything electronic/technical/computer related, and his charges are reasonable.
I have not used the total av app for nearly 1 year 127 dollars was taken out of my account to try an organize Rto cancel and get refund is impossible. My advice don't go near total av totally dishonest and hide behind their live cat call centre
