My family and I, wish to thank the team at Toscana Memorials for their expertise in the manufacture and the installation in our opinion a perfect Plaque for my wife.
A special thanks to Rachel of Toscana Memorials for being so compassionate at a sorrowful time for me, her professionalism was outstanding including the amount of time she spent in helping me in the design of the Plaque for my wife.
Unexpected to me was the message I received from Rachel, she had managed to have the Plaque installed at the Cemetery in time for what would have been our 44th. Wedding Anniversary.

So very grateful for the helpful of Tina Zahra at the Sunshine office for taking the initiative to find a missing vase at the Fawkner cemetery for the family, and sorting this out as quickly as possible. This saved us the complications of putting in an insurance claim to replace it.

It is pretty upsetting especially at a time of mourning to have poor customer service and dismissive. Perhaps some empathy classes.

Just wanted to thank Toscana Memorials, the sunshine team for delivering during difficult times (Covid-19). I was very happy with the quality of the workmanship of the plaque, Tina Zahra at the Sunshine office was such a great help to me when choosing the design and she kept me informed of the progress along the way.

We are so great full to Tina @ the Sunshine office for all her support, kindness and understanding. Even in Covid they still had my fathers head stone made on time at Keilor cemetery.

Tina Zahra from the Sunshine office assisted the family with the restoration of the family monument at Footscray General Cemetery prior to an interment. Tina assisted in creating a monument that matches the original as closely as possible as well as managing the removal of the old monument and coordinating with the cemetery trust. Her friendliness and patience helped family members as they undertook research to ensure the accuracy of the text on the monument and coped with the difficulties created by Covid.

Our mum passed away a few months ago.
We got in touch with Toscana Memorials and spoke to Tina Zahra, at their Sunshine office, such a lovely lady.
We wanted to put mum’s photo, message and re-colour the flowers on our dad’s existing headstone
We thought this would take many months because of covid but it was finished in a couple of months.
The final outcome is extremely good and all our family are very pleased.
