Tosca's terrible suitcases are only topped by their ridiculously bad service.

I bought a soft Tosca suitcase and brought it on a 2 month roadtrip. During the trip, the handle and one of the zippers broke. I tried to take advantage of Tosca's 10 year warranty, but they insisted the damage must have been caused by an airline, even though the suitcase was damaged on a roadtrip, not on a flight. I tried to tell them this but they would not listen and refused to repair or replace the suitcase ‍

I get the impression that Tosca would never actually honour their own warranty. Would give zero stars if I could!

The staff member was unbelievably friendly and helpful when I was trying to pick a bag for my partner, going as far as speaking to him on the phone so she could talk to him about what he wanted. We got great bags at a great price and I’m thrilled!

Ordered a Tosca jumbo duffle bag. It was despatched immediately but the hopeless courier company "lost" it, blaming it on - yes you may have guessed it - covid. (I am so sick of that word.and yes we all have it by now even if the vax doesnt work). After 4 weeks, one of the managers put a replacement in his car and hand delivered it to us in Hoppers. Great service!

Bought a suittcase 6 months ago, used once for car travel and went to use at Christmas and the handle would not extend. I have been told the 10 year warranty does not cover this. Not happy!

Called re an issue with my shoulder bag, was asked for photos, replacement bag was quickly mailed to me, they very much stood by their guarantee.
