Torquay Skatepark Bowl reviews
8An amazingly well built skatepark. The undercover area is set up for street skating with rails and embankment ramps, even a euro gap. The bowl is huge with three carving sections. The one downside is that there are no transitions/quarterpipes in the street section. A small mini-ramp section would make this the perfect park
Such a beautiful day it was so much fun though thank you to all the people the maid is happened the creative the new Torquay skatepark
My kids love it here!
I didn't do 5 stars because of people who leave their rubbish behind. Maybe place a rubbish bin nearby
The park is quite good and people are good at sharing, however, it gets quite busy.
I wish the council made it a bit bigger with an area for learners to practice on some flat areas.
Fun street course, if a little tame - a few banks, rails & edges with partial cover.
Bowl, on the other hand is a sort of clover monster with squared edges & pool coping. The deepest 'leaf' of the clover must have 3.5 feet of vert.whole thing is kinda death. Bring a helmet & a strong stomach for lip tricks of any kind.
Great place to take the wanna be skaters. Although the only concern was skaters drinking alcohol after 6pm!
Fantastic place all under cover, such a smooth surface and lots of different parts and options including a large bowl. It was a hot day when I was there and the shade was very welcome.
Great flat park plenty of transitions and rails the bowl is tricky but very fun to flow competition standard. Only con almost always millions of kids and riders at the park.
