We could not be more grateful for the amazing service offered by Simone and her team. I detest washing.and this has just about saved my mental health (I'm not joking - washing makes me so anxious). We run a cafe and and we have all our tea towels and aprons laundered- they come back fresh, clean and perfectly folded. Thanks so much!

These guys were absolutely amazing! Would recommend them to anyone needing a laundry service in Torquay. They do both personal and industrial stuff so perfect if you are on holiday down here and needing your clothes washed and looked after, they do it all. The service and quality of their service was superb and felt like home. Would definitely come back here when coming through Torquay again!

Every time I come down to Torquay with my family for a holiday I always get Torquay laundry to help us out it can be so stressful when you’re on vacation and you have to try and watch after the kids thanks to the great team for always helping us out could not recommend anybody else but Torquay laundry hub

We started to support this business when covid lockdown hit last year and they were struggling without the Air BNBs. Initially it was positive, punctual and professional.

Since the Air BNBs came back in the mix a few months ago it all changed.

We were using them for our weekly personal washing and it was terrible. In hindsight it would have been less work to do it myself.with all the chasing up I had to constantly do.

The communication or lack thereof made it difficult to manage what should have been an easy and regular pick up and drop off. Sadly the owner of the business is unprofessional and lacks any kind of understanding of client service and relations.

The service, well. I had clothes lost by them - and received clothes that weren’t mine. It felt like I never knew what I was going to get; as there was always something wrong. I wouldn’t receive my laundry bags, scheduled picks ups were missed, drop offs were late (by days) without explanation. All too hard in the end!

I had referred her to others (in the early days) and they experienced the same thing.

As a business owner myself I would appreciate any feedback good/bad so that my business could adapt,
so I called the owner to discuss my concerns, her response was quite hostile and the issues continued beyond that.

I do not recommend this business.

Simone and her team provide exceptional service in a timely manner. Amazingly quick turn around for large amounts of washing. I recommend their services, from cleaning, washing, drying. What a fabulous new service! I"m a total convert - with a busy working household and commuting to Melbourne most days this has been a godsend for us. The fact that our washing gets picked up and delivered is just so convenient. I would highly recommend Simone and the team to anyone looking to gain back some precious time.
