Good location with friendly staff.
Clean and cozy room
Family friendly facilities.

Very good. A little bit of drainage would not astray. Save stepping out of the car and into mud is my only suggestion

We booked into Ingenia Holidays Caravan Park, cost was $118 for a powered site for two nights, it was pleasant enough, but didn't have a grey water availability.

We haven’t done enough caravan park camping to know if this is normal and while it didn’t bother us to much, for $59 a night I expected grey water drainage access.
The annoying part about not having it was the other vans that couldn’t store it just ran it out so there wasn’t a speck of grass surrounding us but a lot of mud.

My most pressing point about the grey water is it isn’t noted on the website when I booked.

Also, frustrating, the park is located in a service road off the main road through Torquey, there is also a petrol station right out the front and there is no ‘check in bay’ at the front of the van park, so often you get stuck behind people pulled up in the driveway boom gate. But more to the point if you were travelling alone, gosh knows how far you would have to park to walk back and check in.

I don’t think I wouldn’t recommend the park as the facilities were fine I just wouldn’t stay there again before trying some others in the area prior.

We were very well looked after with all park staff extremely attentive. The park itself was well maintained and clean and nothing was too much trouble. Daily events kept the children entertained and at night there was live music to entertain the adults. A morning coffee van and an evening food truck was terrific. Our cabin was comfortable with easy to operate, well working white goods and facilities. The pool was definitely a huge draw card with the kids and it was kept exceptionally clean. Easy walking distance to restaurants and outlets for shopping. Some stand out staff that absolutely deserve a mention for bending over backwards and making us feel very welcome during a very busy period are Tony with maintenance, Andrew who helped us on day 1, Marley and Katherine in reception and who treated us as their personal guests. Thankyou so much we will be back and can’t wait to see what the park has to offer next time.

Very good place for family! My only issues were maybe get new mattress and out of the three we were there one day the swimming pool water didn't look clean.

The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful which made our first time caravan-ing (and with a baby in tow) a breeze! The park has fantastic facilities and plenty of family friendly entertainment and amenities. The toilets and bbq facilities were always clean and were so easily accessible even with a pram. Can’t wait to come back for our next holiday.

We have stayed in this park for about 20 years every February and it's a good place to stay to enjoy Torquay and the surrounds. The beaches are close and the park has a pool. But the wi fi still does not work but maybe next year it will?

Be very wary about booking anything here. Had to cancel a booking & was entitled to a refund as I had booked a flexible rate. Was promised a refund back to my account which I never got. Not at all impressed & very poor customer service, will never book here again.

Great location within easy walking distance of the Esplanade. Site are clean with artificial turf and plenty of open sites without dense tree cover. Friendly and helpful staff. Only negative, there is no sullage system for caravans and buckets required if you have no grey water tank.

Staff helpful, amenities clean. The cabins are very close together and cars need to park in front of the verandah. 2 bedroom cabins quite small, I would not like to have 4 children in the 4 bunk second bedroom
Camp-sites and van sites also quite crowded.

My stay here was horrible, reception was really rude an because I didn't remember the number of my cabin he wouldn't give me the code to the toilet, very disgusted in the customer service.and didn't believe I was staying here

This park is just ok. Being in a premier holiday location it is in dire need for a renovation. The amenities are very dated and while we were visiting only cleaned once a day in peak season

Staff were helpful. Nice place. But where we were sites wise, could have been made more adaptable health and safety wise in case of an emergency.

The standard of the 5BR ‘villa’ was far below expectation given the cost per night of $339. The beds were very hard / uncomfortable. Not provided with enough bin bags and the cabin felt dirty. Location was good however that’s about it.

Had a excellent time here at Ingenia Holidays Torquay. Great and very clean facilities and park grounds. Perfect place to relax and have fun with the whole family. We will definitely come back. Thanks also to Lee, she was a pleasure to deal with.

The 2 bedroom cabin we stayed in was advertised as “queen or double bed”. There is no way a queen bed would ever fit in the bedroom. Very disappointed to find a double bed and have my feet hanging out the end of the bed all night. The bedroom was that tiny that a queen sized bed would never fit. The only upside was that the double bed wasn’t saggy in the middle (why the review achieved 2 stars rather than 1).
Would be more comfortable to roll a swag out on a patch of grass! Won’t be staying here again.

Great park, shady, pool area very clean, great friendly staff, camp kitchen very clean. Our unit very well fitted out loved great normal full size stove and fridge. Two bedroom unit. Would not like to have four kids in 2nd bedroom. Main bedroom very little space between bed (double) and walls. Very small in space bathroom if you like me take size 16 clothes or L in men, give these cabins a wide birth.

Stayed for 3 nights and the staff were amazing and had the best customer service.
The park and cabins itself were awesome! Will definitely be staying again!

I only stayed one night en route to Melbourne on
I paid $100 for a cabin with shower and a loo. Bed was comfortable and overall good value
People in office were polite and helpful.
Maybe when I have more time
I may return. The pool looked inviting.
