Called them and letting them know that I bought Calamari and it has an off taste and the girl who answered me just said, "Oh ok. Do you want us to replace your order? " (I said no) She said, "Do you want us to replace your order or you're just letting us know? ". No sorry or what not. They won't care if you get food poisoned or a sore tummy.

This place is great. It was a Friday night and busy but the food came quickly. The family pack is good value for money. Very happy with the taste of the fish, potato cakes, calamari and dim sims. I recommend.

Best fish and chips! Batter is crispy and not too thick. Fish is moist and not too thin. Chips and potato cakes perfectly cooked. Highly recommended.

Very overpriced, small portions of fish, potatoe cakes were tasteless, the smallest pineapple fritter you ever saw. The owner rudely told customers exactly where to stand (nothing to do with Covid either). Owner was quite overbearing.
Not recommended. Prices extremely high for what you get. No hamburgers, steak sandwiches on offer either.

Well and truly the best fish and chips place! I am very fussy with my food, but there I had the best grilled barramundi ever! My new go to place.

Knowing it would be busy, we ordered our Family Pack at 1630 for a 1830 pick up. When I arrived to pick it up the owner TELLS me that he was out of potato cakes and that I would have dim sims instead. Not much I can do, if you're out you're out. Less than ideal as I am the only person in the house that eats dim sims. Anyway. I paid and went outside to wait for them to finish putting my order together. Only moments later. Less than a minute, the young girl serving calls me in to collect our food. As I lean over to take the bag I notice her putting together a tray of no less than 20 potato cakes. If I had ordered late, if they hadn't sold the potato cakes they sold to me to someone else I wouldn't be wtiting this review. If the owner hadn't lied to me perhaps I'd be more understanding.

The absolute WORST service I have ever experienced!
Upon ordering a family pack I asked the guy (I’m pretty sure he was the owner) taking my order if I could have steamed dim sims instead of fried and immediately got an eye roll and bad attitude.
When I returned to pick up my order the dim sims were covered in soy (my kids can’t have soy products)
When I politely said I didn’t ask for soy on them he aggressively told me it’s my own fault for not saying I didn’t want soy and stood their expecting me to take them.
I told him my kids are allergic, I didn’t ask for soy and he shook his head and threw his hands in the air like a toddler having a tantrum.
The food was nice enough but VERY small portions and also quite overpriced.
I strongly recommend going elsewhere as I don’t want the kind people of Echuca spending their money at a place where the owner will intimidate and upset customers with their poor attitude.

This place is amazing!

Very expensive place and the scollops were maybe the size of a 20 cent piece, very poor. The bloke (maybe the owner), is sooo rude and arrogant, really but us off ever coming here again. The flavour was pretty good, a bit oily but certainly not worth the dreadful expense and terrible customer service

Visiting town and read the good reviews. Really nice fish and chips but really disappointed by the small portion sizes of fish. They could easily have upped the portion sizes and the prices and we would have been happier.

We got dinner from here the other night and had Family Meal 1, everything was amazing except the chips and potato cakes which were tasteless and needed more time in the fryer, despite the issues with the chips and potato cakes we decided to get dinner here again, the fried seafood was mostly fantastic but things really fell short when we only received the most minuscule fish bites we've ever seen and half a piece of grilled fish we paid $7.70 and were expecting a whole fillet like what the other stores sell, we spent $40 and my family was left hungry!

Specializes in Seafood, Greek style fish and chips and very good quality. A good local employer and worthy of support. I'd actually like it if they did burgers too. Disclosure: I am a local resident and not a paid promotion.
