BIG thank you to Roopika and Arpan. I was stuck on a subclass 482 TSS. Stood down in March and no opportunity to get temp work elsewhere due to my visas work restrictions. Got made redundant in Nov. Roopika got the visa department to "expidite" my subclass 461 (NZ spouse visa) application due to her persistence in chasing them. The normal processing time was to be 24-36 months, Roopika got it approved in 5 months!
