Three young weekend staff were ignorant and seemed too focused re-stocking their fridge than taking orders. Honestly felt invisible and the whole situation was super uncomfortable.

Nobody said hi or asked if you want to order anything. Went straight to the person behind to serve.

Whoever is running this place has no idea how to manage their staff. 1 girl makes juice while the two young boys stand around and talk. Learn how to train your staff correctly…absolutely pathetic

Great friendly team and healthy options on offer. I have had most of the yogurt varieties over the last couple of years. My favourite veggie juice is the Slim Grin with ginger added. Well done.

I'm sorry but what kind of establishment are you running. Literally never have any change to take cash, never any produce, receipt printers dont work, eftpost doesnt work most times. This is why people just go to boost juice or freshii instead,

Don't go here if you want to get anything like yoghurt or juice before 10am. I walked up to the counter and the woman said 'we don't open until 10am'. It was 9: 50 and everything seemed to be already laid out in the cabinet ready to go. Silly things like this make people never want to return to your business.it's just poor form. As I walked to the next business to get something to drink/eat, I couldn't help but wonder why sell things like yoghurt and juice and NOT sell them before 10am.odd.

Staff member failed to even acknowledge I was standing there for several minutes. Appeared another staff member was on lunch who also didn't acknowledge or have the other staff member serve me. No one else at kiosk. Really poor customer service.

DISGUSTING customer service. NO STARS.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Staff (Jacqueline) called us babies when enquiring about a refund for an order never received! Absolute shmuts running this business!

Never received an order then was refused a refund with the worst customer service definitely do not recommend

Ordered a Berried Treasure juice, since that's what I always get from Top Juice. It was bitter and sour, it tasted as though someone had put unripe orange in it. Please check your fruit before juicing it! You can't put a green orange in and expect it to taste good anyway! Pictured: me trying to get my money back from ubereats because this is undrinkable and a complete waste of fruit and money.

I work in the center and this is my go to place for a refreshing drink! The staff are always so friendly and service is speedy. The only thing I’ll say is that the boss/manger seems a little rude and agressive, especially towards the staff. I feel bad for them!: (

Slow service, not even a, "sorry won't be a minute" - they look at you standing there and ignore you until they're ready.
Juice was majority crushed ice. It tasted like a heavily watered down crushed icy pole, or frozen vitamin water. So much potential but they really suck sorry to say.

Sugarcane punch- loaded with sugar, mislabeled 100% local ingredients but there is no promognate available locally

Ordered a Ruby Green. Just carrot and celery. Smidgen of beetroot, grapefruit and ginger. Gross and waste of money. Also waste of time as slow service.

Staff members were so slow and in another world. Waited 15 mins and never received my juice i asked where my juice was and they said they never got a docket for it. Two staff were on and myself and another girl were waiting. How hard was it really? Asked for my money back. This place is a joke.

I use to love the old Top Juice store before it was renovated. I was there at least twice a week. It seems in my opinion the stuff isn’t fresh anymore. Soggy sad fruit in yoghurt. I’m not sure if there has been a change in ownership or if the kiosk style doesn’t hold much new stock.

Located in the middle of where the original food court used to be. Slightly nicer location than where it was, although pretty much the same spot.
Was excited to have it but didn't meet my expectations of what I had though it would be like from previous times.

Acai bowls are premade and become gluggy. Asked for a freshly made one and the ‘açaí bowl chef’ isn’t in store and my only option is a terrible, old, soggy premade one. Asked for a pitaya bowl but out of the 8 employees working non of them knew how to make one? So weird. Ignored my messages about my complaint on Facebook. Terrible customer service. Remove breakfast bowls off menu if it’s not an option.
