Very bad costumer service miss information.we came all the way from greenvale.price is so expensive.

Purchased a dog pen to try, 1.5m x 3.0m. All parts were there and easy to assemble. Staff we're fine considering how busy they were. Helpful also. My only complaint is the items don't entirely meet their advertised specifications. The pipe is much lighter than advertised, whilst some galvanising exists, panels painted silver after final fabrication, therefore surface rust begins after first rain. Mesh is not hot dipped on my panels, that is obvious. Affordable panels, but very light and not as advertised. Panels are fine for smaller/calmer dogs, but not for larger dogs or what some may call "dangerous* dogs. Fine for poultry and other small/light animals. Fairly priced, just not exactly as described.

I was amazed at the pricing and quality of the fencing Top Hill supplied me. Even with the freight from Victoria to NSW it still worked out massive saving on the quotes I had obtained locally. Very helpful staff, efficiently packed and sent, five stars product and services from me I'll definately be ordering from these guys again.

For me, this place has been great for fencing and horse round yard. I have been using their stuff for ages and it is all still in really good condition, despite the way it takes a beating. It's well worth the look!

They're okay. I purchased shelves from skytek before and I recommend skytek instead of these guys.

BUYER BEWARE ordered a cattle ramp could not believe so much could go wrong, promised delivery with 5 days didn`t happen, said we had to pay $900 for delivery for the pallets it was on for a crane truck to lift off didn`t happen it came on a hertz 4 tonne truck NO pallets we had to lift off and driver was useless sat in truck and did not help to unload, so got back onto company for refund of the costs re no crane truck and only got $400 back out of the $900.for the amount of lies we were told, and then did not get the right bolts to put together, they have to send more bolts, absolutely disgusting run business, would NOT recommend dealing with them

I got home and found there had been a packing error at the warehouse, but they were really quick to address the problem and offer a couple of satisfactory solutions.

Ramp and gates are great value, and really good for the budget conscious small scale farmer.

Am sure product is good quality, but if you advertise openly a 21M roundyard for 'ONLY' $2460.00 then you should honour it and not charge $3840 + $1200 delivery. False advertising. Lost this sale.

Staff are super helpful here. We come from over the hill (near St Andrews) to collect fencing material. Price very competitive too. If you're there the right day they'll have their 20% off on everything. Definitely keep coming back!

Purchased a 8/115/15 farm fencing roll that was supposed to be 100m long. Ended up being not even 90m long. Called Jessie at reception to complain and was told they would get back to me. It has been a week and have not heard a thing. Would not ever buy again. Stay away!

I contacted Top Hill one hour before closing time on Saturday and they were happy to help me out with some garage shelving. I was accidentally quoted the wholesale price, but they were happy to honour the price. Took about a half hour to unload and assemble the shelves in the photo. The metal components were folded and pressed pretty well, which meant that they all fit together pretty easily. Only thing missing was those pins to prevent the beams from slipping out of the slots - which really isn't a big deal because once the unit is in its final resting place and shelves loaded the chance of them becoming dislodged is practically zero. Excellent price, great customer service and good quality product. Highly recommended

Bought some Galtek aviary mesh from Sunshine store. Helpful woman at front counter checked spreadsheet and said that mesh I wanted was out of stock, and invited me out to the warehouse to select an alternative. Turns out they actually had the one that I wanted. Stock control is obviously not too good.
On unrolling the mesh I found that it was not good quality. Some areas where the zinc hadn't drained off the wire properly, some pale yellow corrosion and wire out of alignment in one place. I didn't have time to take the wire all the way back to get a replacement, so I'll have to put up with what I got.

Great supplier of shed shelving, We store over 200kg / level and no bending to be seen. Very solid
