Our family have been patients at Tooronga Family Medical for many years, with Dr Elaine Liew as our family doctor. I can say unequivocally that Dr Liew runs an exceptionally professional, trustworthy and efficacious practice. I have no hesitation in personally attesting to the confidence and trust that I and our family place in the doctors at this most superlative medical practice.

Me and my family have seen many of the doctors at the Tooronga practice over the past 3 years and it has always been a great experience.

Finding a Doctor who is passionate about what they do and genuinely cares about your physical and mental health is like finding gold - and Tooronga Family Medical is pure gold! For the last few years I have been seeing Dr Elaine, and during this time have also seen a number of the other doctors from the practice. They are all fab! Dr Elaine is completely professional and extremely well connected with specialists across the medical field. If she needs to refer you to someone you can be assured they will be the best in their field. Going to see Dr Elaine is always a good experience - she listens, asks questions to understand the whole picture and by the way she explains things and works through solutions or a plan for you, you quickly understand that she and her team are genuinely all about ensuring you are (or quickly return to) the healthiest version of yourself. I have found her diagnosis to always be spot on. They have a wide variety of services also - including travel vaccinations. What doctor researches where you are going before your appointment, and has a plan for you when you turn up to your appointment - these doctors do! I have referred people to Tooronga Family Medical who have become regular patients. This team are the best doctors in Victoria! Seriously the best.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Everyone is amazing. Elaine is very professional and easy to talk to. Had a few appointments with Andrew as well, who was also fantastic. The receptionists are always lovely and friendly, which really makes it a great experience. Would recommend to anyone!

Doctor Elaine sat with me and gave me a consultation WHILE she was doing my iron infusion. She is genuinely a GP who has a passion for her work. She wants the best outcomes for her patients and strives to deliver high quality medicine. I will add in here that I am very supportive of integrative health and health promotion - and found Doctor Elaine to meet my beliefs in a non-judgemental and adaptive way. She was also thorough, very knowledgeable and non-dismissive.

Dr Fiona Collins is great. Never feel rushed and she takes the time out to make you feel comfortable and informed.
She should get a huge pay rise.

I had an appointment with Dr. Andrew yesterday, after having an unpleasant experience in another medical centre the day before. Dr. Andrew was very professional and quickly realised that I had chicken pox. Unlike other doctors I consulted before, Dr. Andrew was not in a rush and also easy to talk to.
