Toorak Village Medical Centre

It was my first visit toToorak Village Medical Centre, the first impression was great the place had a warm feeling and the reception staff were professional whist being friendly. The Doctor was on time which is a good start, she was personable and put me at ease and was very thorough with her diagnosis. A wonderful experience.

Was given appointment on same day. Dr Monsh went above and beyond including doing a procedure that would normally be passed off to the nurse.

I had my Visa Medical done here today and had no issue whatsoever. Friendly staff and quick and efficient service.

I have been attending this clinic since 2016 and they are able to service a wide range of medical issues and provide timely service and thorough care. The supporting staff are amazing and I am particularly happy with the latest addition, Dr. Maja.

Always very polite and friendly at reception, a very positive experience across the board.

Dr Nadia Saliba is definitely an asset for TVMC - She joined the clinic for a couple of months & my wife transferred care to her from a GP who left the clinic last year. She was so kind & patient - never rush through appointment and willing to assist with anything. You are the best. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a female GP and lives around the area. She is always on time with appointments too.

It's all about charging the consultation fee. The doctors are careless and kept asking me to go back for consultation which they messed up once and had me waited for 30 mins and told me I didn't need to go to them. They also didn't tell me about my follow up dates for pregnancy.

The nurse was a very nice and kind person.

This clinic totally disrespects patients' time. Waiting for over 45 minutes is not unusual, even though the bookings are made well in advance. Can not recall them being on time, ever. The receptionist can be extremely rude and abusive. Even told me that if I'm unhappy with the long wait times, i can go elsewhere. That's just unacceptable behaviour. When i was late, they wanted to charge for a cancellation fee. Never dealt with anyone this unprofessional.

As I observed, services of Toorak Village Medical Centre is highly appreciable. They are very supportive and helpful.

Super lovely staff who were helpful and patient, and a very clean and organised environment which felt calming despite being a highly sought-after practice. 10/10

The staff were very efficient. The nurse explained lots of details and was very pleasant. Overall, a very nice experience. This is my 4th vaccination with the same nurse, how lovely is this.

Ruby was on time and very pleasant.

I had a phone consultation today, they were very helpful and efficient and the receptionist, Oliver went above and beyond to meet my requirements. The appointment was right on time and doctor Aidan Hall was very responsive to my needs. Highly recommended Toorak Village Medical Centre

Have been a patient at TVMC for 30years and never had a negative experience. The staff are professional, friendly and accommodating. The doctors are caring and thorough in all they do. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Toorak Village Medical Centre is a wonderful practice. I have been seeing Dr Bornstein (aka Dr Beat) for well over ten years now, and his warmth and professionalism is amazing. The admin staff are super helpful and will always resolve any queries quickly. Highly recommend

The clinic is pretty much never reachable. Minimum 20 min waiting when you try to call and then you’d even got hung up on the phone. The receptionist is a catastrophy.

I had high expectations after reading through the reviews and was really hoping to finally find a regular clinic/doctor after giving up for a while. I felt a little invalidated when talking to the doctor and wasn’t asked any questions about what I’m experiencing and was told I’m most likely “vitamin d deficient just by looking at you”
Then I was sent for a blood test which I was met with attitude and like I was inconveniencing her, was told off for fasting more than 12 hours prior to the blood test despite not knowing I was even getting one and then told off for having chewy and that it doesn’t count as fasting. I’ve never had anyone say any of these things to me before so I left without the blood test, cried and felt so deflated to have had yet another bad experience despite being super polite. Really wish I could have shared the same experience as many of these other reviews that have been left
