Toorak Rd Veterinary Clinic

They have looked after 3 of my pets over the years, and they always offer such kind care of my pets but also of me as a distressed pet mum, with her sick baby.
When one of my cats passed earlier this year, they sent me a nice card with seeds to plant in honour of my cat. They are always very thoughtful and put my cats at ease, my cats are healthier and happier because of them.

My dog loves coming to this clinic. The staff make her feel safe and are great at managing any anxiety that comes up.

I took my geriatric dog there to see Sebastian today. Well worth tracking him down. He’s a fabulous caring vet.

I cannot recommend and thank Toorak Rd vet clinic enough for their geniune, thorough and professional service. I am a canine behaviour consultant and trainer based in Camberwell and refer all my clients onto Toorak vet after their comprehensive assistance with my Great Dane Kaiser who became extremely violently ill as a young pup. Thankfully Kaiser is now as happy and healthy as ever and has had extremely positive vaccination and consultation appointments since with Dr Sebastion, Dr Diana, Dr Miriam and all the beautiful vet tech’s who liased with us compassionately through his life threatening health scare and provided the upmost care and sincere concern for our little boy and now spoil him with love (and treats) every visit. They have a lifelong client out of us

Excellent. Requested sterilisation certificates, which include microchip numbers, for our dogs. Timely delivery via email of certificates.

My little boy unfortunately got into something he shouldn’t have and was a major risk for a puppy. Everyone was expecting the worst but with the amazing team there they were able to control the situation and help my angel. Without this team I’m sure the circumstances would be different. Nothing short of perfection from their team and will continue to go through this vet in the future for all requirements for the puppies needs as the service/ Trust is simply perfect

The compassion, friendliness and professionalism of the staff at the Clinic these last couple of days, is very much appreciated at our sad time. The fact my dogs have always been keen to enter the practice without any hesitation speaks volumes for the way they are treated. Dogs always know!

Extremely impressed with Diana and Troy from Toorak Rd Vet Clinic. The professionalism, friendliness and care shown when attending to my puppy's needs was incredible. All of my questions were answered and I felt comfortable being able to watch the whole thing given it was my first experience with my puppy at the vet. Diana explained everything that she was doing and gave me a run down on the diagnosis. I am extremely happy that I have found a great vet for Phoebe:)

Our Poodle, Jak, gets very excited when we get to the clinic. Probably because of the great treatment he gets, loves his "hairdresser" as well

So professional: I felt safe with the COVID-19 protocols in place and this did not impact on the usual great, responsive care my dog always receives here
