After the concert, there were queues at all other restaurants, so I stumbled upon this restaurant and it was amazing! It's a charcoal-fired barbecue, and the meat prices are very affordable during the happy hour from Friday to Saturday. The most important thing is that the store staff helped us grill the meat! The skillful techniques allowed us to eat delicious barbecue quickly. The attitude of the staff made us feel very warm. Highly recommended!

Great service, great food (especially the meats). Staff were very accommodating. Wasn't too busy at 11pm on a Friday night so pretty good for a late dinner with friends. Reasonable pricing as well. Thank you for having us.

Came just before closing, had a beautiful time, beef was super tender and juicy, chicken was succulent. Good prices and deals on weekdays. Will definitely come back. Bear bear.

I received the great service whenever I visit this place by Kim. She is the best staff I’ve ever seen. Meat quality is the best in Melbourne. Especially pork belly and beef prime rib. This is the best place for Korean barbecue ever.

It was sooooo good that we even forgot to take some photos lmao. To be honest, all the meet were so fresh and yummy, especially, wagyu intercostal is a must-try. Of course Cold noodles is sth you can not skip when you have bbq.
The service here is absolutely amazing, the staff was nice and kept topping up our side dishes asap.
Highly recommend this place

If you want a bit of authentic S. Korean street-style bbq, this is the place to go. It’s not a big space, but it’s well ventilated and can handle groups of up to 8. Food’s delish and the kimchi top up is free. They also have a great selection of soju, so it’s great for drinking parties

Honestly, this is the best Korean charcoal BBQ in Melbourne that I have tried before. I love the way they use charcoal to grill meat. The meat here are very fresh and juicy (both unseasoned and marinated). The main dish are very nice too. I recommend Kimchi pancake and Bibimbap beef. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. They helped us a lot and I come here once a week! Must-try in town!

I have tried many Korean BBQ in Melbourne, but Toodouri is the best one to me so far. The meat is very fresh and juicy. Personally, I really like galbisal and pork belly. The corn cheese is also very good. The staffs here are really friendly and professional. They are always willing and happy to re-fill the side dishes for me.

Toodouri is a very unique kbbq

When grilling the meat, there's a very distinct charcoal flavour.

It was very enjoyable, so enjoyable that we came back for the second time within a week.

However, on the second time, we decided to get the seafood pancake and tteokbokki. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy the seafood pancake as much. It was too thick, battery, and soggy. No crispiness to the pancake.

The tteokbokki was pretty okay, but not outstanding.

But ending it on a good note, we really enjoyed the cold noodles.

We'd definitely come back again for the meat sets and noodles.

Set meals are good value for money. Pork belly is the go-to order, beef doesn’t taste as good as their pork.

We ordered a two-ppl set (beef, pork belly and a soup) and a seafood pancake. The food is on average standard.

What we didn't appreciate was the service provided by the waitress and her ignorance of hygiene. The youngest waitress always put the thongs directly on the table after using it for us. I just wonder how difficult it is to put on the stove or a plate. What surprised me the most was she even used the thongs to flip the cooked meat right after touching the raw pork. Horrific!

She was always in a rush cooking the food for us even though there was still an hour to go before the restaurant was closed (Maybe because we are the last table of customer?)

Ordered: Set B for 3 ppl, kimchi pancake (good), cheesy corn (great)
- Meat quality for price comparison is good.
- love that they do 2 and 3 people sets!
- coal bbq instead of gas. Personally I love this as I love the taste it gives the meat.

The only complaint is the service isn't the best.it's impossible to get their attention, but when they are at your table the staff is very polite.

Great Korean barbecue spot for small groups! We came on a weeknight at 9pm for a late dinner, and the place was still quite busy.

They change the charcoal grill plates quite regularly, which is good. And the quality of the meats were great. I had the CRISPIEST kimchi pancake of my life, seriously would go back again just for that.

One small downside was they ran out of rice (was cooking some more) and our rice only arrived at the end of our meal. Understandable though since group after group arrived after us, the staff were flat out.

Cash payments get a small discount!

I recommend pork belly and kimch noodle soup. Seafood pancake is delicious and stew is delicious too. The disadvantage is that the seats are uncomfortable.

Pretty fun experience here. The restaurant isn’t too big, so you get a warm and intimate vibe with your friends. Service is friendly and super quick.

Honestly, sad to say we weren’t a big fan of this restaurant. The meat quality was very average/poor and the service was pretty average too. We didn’t like that there wasn’t enough time to eat our food because it was pushed to the side and the next thing was slapped on. We felt rushed to eat by the waitress who was also in a rush cooking everyone’s meals at once. We liked the nice and clean and the bbq grill was very unique/cool looking!
