Went to the factory and I walked out because they didn't except cash I don't like paying with my card. Things should go back to how things were before covid you can still get germs with paying by card.

I bought the most expensive sheets they had at big w thinking I was purchasing quality. How mistaken was I.
The fitted sheet lasted 12 months if that and spent most of the time in the cupboard.
I thought they might replace it but both Tontine and big w declined and wanted a receipt.

1 star for failing to hold items in the shopping cart whilst browsing for other items. Items were removed from the cart during a very short shopping session! For this reason alone, shall never attempt to shop with you again.

Edit: the lady finally called and they did not honour the guarantee on the product.

Poor customer service, i like the Tontine mattress and pillow protectors so I decided to buy a pillow of the same brand, in less than two months it is sagging although supposed to be medium support, i called them and explained and the lady promised a call back with a solution by end of day and never heard from her. I also emailed so the response was to go back to the store! I did explain that due to covid and hygiene stores do not even want to discuss and that the pillow has a 5 yr guarantee which is with the manufacturer, bad customer service and never buying your products again since you do not honour what you write on them.

I absolutely love coming here. Please tell me your factory outlet is still open!? I'll be very devastated.

Stopped buying tontine pillows many years ago due to poor quality. Bought a Tontine
quilt/doona in the past week. It was on sale, so I thought why not? $70 later: Put it in the wash on a gentle cycle prior to use and the stitching unravelled. Apparently the poor quality extends to quilts/doonas. Would never buy a Tontine product again.

Finally updated my gross old Doona after way too long and opted for a king size sheep wool Doona for winter.

Holy.i don't even understand how I slept before this. The comfort and insulation is next level and the blanket is like a milder version of a weighted blanket. I'm in love!

Very nice store. Can find pillows and quilts at very ecnomical price. Great customer service by richee and Victoria. Please look there timetable online before coming there.

Staff are really helpful with find things around the store. Prices are so much cheaper than retail. Checkout their clearance stock located on the right as you walk in. Plenty of parking out the front.

Tontine Factory Outlet was Amazing. The products are great. Store was bright and the staff were ever so helpful and very cheerful! The prices were the best! Will go shopping there again! Thank you Tontine.

I came here a few years ago when they had a really big sale. The prices were very good and was very crowded with shoppers. The public were notified by leaflets l think can't remember. Don't know if they have had any more but. Cheers

Bought 2 High & Firm pillows. They weren't high and they weren't firm. They wobbled everywhere and sank as soon as you put your head on them. The store (Spotlight) won't take them back because I used them even though they had pillow protectors and pillowcases. No more Tontine products for me.

Loved this sale, friendly staff and wonderful product for the price. Staff even helped me with my bag to the car. Can't wait for the next sale!
