TONIC & GRACE CAFE reviews
43Fantastic place! Amazing coffee and people are the best! Definitely coming back again! All the way from Spain! Thank you! Dakota
A beautiful cafe with beautiful staff!
We were impressed half the menu is vegan which was so delicious! Awesome chai and coffee too! Definitely would come back here.
Lovely little cafe with plenty of options for vegans and those who are gluten free. I love the chocolate pancakes, but went for the Japanese pancake and was really impressed! The sauces were tasty, and the little slices of smoked firm tofu were delish!
Staff and owner are so friendly and warm, always willing to help out. Will definitely be back!
Such friendly people made this experience wonderful.
Everything on my protein plate was delicious
My friends enjoyed their food however one felt the okonomiyaki was undercooked, hence 4 for food.
Wonderful cafe.
Very accomodating and welcoming.
Beautiful food and friendly staff.
Will be back.
Great food and coffee. Cosy atmosphere. The owner is friendly. Food is well prepared. I ordered the Protein Plate and could hardly find oil on the plate. Bacon is grilled and not burnt. A hidden jewel.
Stopped here for brunch on our way into town after checking our the menu online seeing they had a great range of vegan & gluten free options to accomodate our group of 4.
Super friendly service with good value for money delicious meals. The ladies working seemee to genuinely love their job/ business.
Our table ate mushroom dish, b&e roll, ham cheese croissant, pancakes & protein breaky & we all got coffee.
All of us enjoyed our meals & are keen to go back when next up that way.
Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here today, the service was prompt and courteous, a very friendly atmosphere, the surrounds were clean and inviting.and the food was delicious! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Joy.xx
Horrible! We went here for brunch this morning and waited for more than hour for foods! My children were starving. It took one and half hour for a kid melted toastie! Stay away from this horrible cafe, it will ruin your family morning!
My husband was the one who looked for this cafe and he got it spot on! I’m a carnivore by default but I loved the Eggs Benefit. Hubby also enjoyed his Protein Plate and my son enjoyed his poached eggs on sourdough bread. We loved the coffee too!
The owners were super warm and welcoming made you feel quite at home. The outdoor dining area was done up quite well too — simple and cozy.
Will definitely come back to try the purple yam cakes and other desserts.
Tonic & Grace have such a cute, warm, and wholesome vibe from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
We sat outside in the courtyard and were pampered with amazing service, amazing coffee and drink options and a good variety of food choices.
The waitress was gorgeous, and even offered to take a picture of my partner and I.
I had the Captain Gillenstalk, which was fantastic (I added haloumi) and my partner had the Eggs Benefit with mushrooms which was on decent sized cauliflower steaks - amazing.
Would 100% recommend for all vegetarians, vegans, and everyone keen for yummy food. Can’t wait to visit again soon and try more dishes!
Love eating here. Always lovely staff, great back area but best of all, delicious healthy menu.
Great experience, wonderful customer service and welcoming outdoor area. Lovely to sit and catch up over some coffee and food.
So delicious, staff were super nice and accomodating. Bit of a hidden gem with awesome vegan options. Will definitely be coming back.
Definitely one of my favourite brunch cafes in Melbourne. The food must have made with lots of love because it’s so beautiful! I will definitely return again!
Quality has dropped significantly compared to pre covid.
Macha & Turmeric coffee wassn't great, the Japanese pancake lacked flavour or crisp
Came here for the first time today and was really impressed! I live in the area and am vegan so I am super surprised I hadn't visited earlier. The atmosphere in the cafe was really nice and the menu is quite extensive, with lots of breakfast and lunch options. The wait staff were super friendly and the service was fast. I ordered the Moroccan fable which was so delicious - I haven't really had anything like this since I became vegan. The other dish pictured is the kombucha granola which looked as good as it tasted.
I 100% recommend this to anyone in the area keen to try some vegan and vegetarian food, or even just people looking for a cute brunch spot. Will definitely be coming back!
Stumbled across this while trying to find a coffee shop with a couple of friends. Very lovely staff. We sat in the courtyard which was a cosy nice space. Coffee was great. The menu looked interesting but we only had some gourmet pancakes which was very nice.
Staff were amazing! Proactive and positive. Amazing gluten free meals and good range of healthy food. WiFi was solid! Would love to go back again soon!
Lovely food and coffee, I had the Tradesman meal with polenta chips which was amazing. Nice courtyard seating area out the back too. Will certainly be back in the future!
