I have been working with Tomorrow Financial Solutions since 2022 to arrange my first home mortgage. When I went to them first, I did not have any idea about the property market as I was very new to the subject.
Although I was not a potential customer for them then, they still guided me through the entire process. They guided us on how to manage and save for our deposit, managing bank accounts and other financials which were not directly related to what they do and responsibility. Because of their guidance, we could easily reach our targets and get the first conditional approval quickly.
Because of the enormous property market demand, we had to wait for our land settlement for months. Then too, TFS continuously observed the interest rates and other aspects and provided us with the best possible mortgage option by comparing many other banks.

Because of their efficient process, we could get an unconditional offer from the bank a few months before the settlement, which was next level.
However, Because of an issue with my name arose during the settlement, we had to go through a Paper Based (old school) settlement. It was not an easy process, and there was considerable miss communication between the bank and our solicitor.

At that point, I was about to miss the land, and I was helpless. However, once I contacted Tomorrow Financial Solutions, they took control of the process again and even helped our solicitor complete it on time. It was definitely beyond their job and responsibility.

Ultimately, because of their enormous effort, we could settle the land on time and reach one step closer to our first home.

Throughout the process, They constantly communicated with us and updated everything so the process was transparent.
